The fact that we were greeted by the Property owner and she explained all about key access, etc.
The location was EXCELLENT, just a short walk to the beach and the Paseo Maritimo. Everything was within walking distance, restaurants, shops. We were EXTREMELY pleased with this apartment.
Nothing- everything was just excellent about this property.
