Ở đây nhiều lần nhưng lần trước nhân viên buồng phòng lấy cắp hũ kem xả tóc của mình, còn lần này thì resort thu tiền khách vô lý khi checkout phòng và nhất quyết bắt khách phải trả tiền những thứ rất vớ vẩn và không phù hợp. 11h đêm vẫn còn gõ cửa khách bắt khách đi chụp ảnh từng người một trong villa. Máy rửa bát thì không có viên rửa bát, cứ phải gọi để hỏi. Máy giặt không có nước giặt, muốn giặt phải mua, ăn sáng không được mang về villa để chụp ảnh checkin mà phải ngồi tại chỗ nhà hàng để ăn, xin có quả chanh mang về villa cũng không cho mang, nhân viên nhất quyết bắt khách để lại một quả chanh, nhất quyết không cho mang về villa. Thật kinh khủng. Các căn villa đều nhìn được sang nhau không hề có không gian sinh hoạt riêng tư, đang bơi thì khách bên villa sát cạnh đứng trên lầu hò hét, chụp ảnh bên mình rồi gào thét bỡn cợt rất vô duyên, trong khi không hề quen biết nhau cũng không có sự cho phép. Bồn rửa tay trong phòng thoát nước rất yếu, có cả tiếng không thoát nổi nước, bồn tắm để cái hũ tắm xong bên trong thì không có muối tắm gì hết, trơ trọi trống rỗng rất vô duyên. Cân trong phòng thì hỏng, ấn nút đứng lên cũng chẳng có tín hiệu gì luôn. TV thì không xem được mạng, netflix hay youtube, hoàn toàn chỉ xem được các kênh truyền thống, đến cả khách sạn 3 sao còn xem được Netflix nhưng ở đây thì không. Đèn trong villa thì tối, mờ mờ không soi rõ được cái gì cả. Bộ dao thì sắc bén quá nguy hiểm khi sinh hoạt nhiều người như vậy. Đường ống nước thì ở tầng 2 cũng nghe tiếng nước chảy trong tường hoặc trên trần nhà róc rách cả buổi đêm rất khó chịu. Tóm lại là không mang lại cảm giác 5 sao, cảm giác của 5 sao là khách hàng phải hài lòng nhưng ở đây thái độ nhân viên là bắt khách phải theo ý của nhân viên, theo kiểu của resort, không quan tâm gì tới cảm nhận của khách hàng. Có một con vẹt thì nhốt quanh năm suốt tháng nhốt mấy năm liền suốt ngày chỉ cho ăn hạt hướng dương sống sót qua ngày.

لم يكن هناك تليفون في غرفة المعيشه الموظفين لايلقون التحية الفيتنامية كما اعتدنا في المنتجعات الاخرى لايوجد خدمة توصيل للمنتجع لان الحجز عن طريق بوكينق لاتوجد انشطه ممتعه او رياضات مائية لاتوجد تدفئة في المسبح لم اتمكن من السباحة بعدالغروب دفع مياه الاستحمام ضعيف اصناف الفطور محدودة تم اغلاق الغرف في الفيلا ماعدا الغرفه الرئيسية ولا يوجد صوفا بيد كما في وصف بوكينق قائمة الغداء والعشاء محدودة كان ترحيب الموظفين واهتمامهم باحتياجاتنا اقل مما اعتدنا من المتتجعات الاخرى كان حجزي غير مسترد وتم الغاء رحلتي لم يتعاونو لاسترداد المبلغ او وضعه تحت الحساب تم تجاهل طلبي لرش مبيد حشري حيث ان لدي حساسية من لدغات الناموس ، هناك ضفادع ووزغ .

Food was excellent. Accommodation very luxurious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hiep was a stand out! The beach club itself was a lot of fun - great fire show.

Xa trung tâm, xung quanh không có gì; cần mua đồ rất bất tiện. Nhà thuốc lớn khá xa, đi về khoảng 1 tiếng. Cách bãi biển 1km, chỉ chở theo giờ rất bất tiện. Bàn trà ngoài hồ bơi không được lau, dùng khăn lau mà đen cả khăn, không dám sử dụng.

all fantastic, no faults

This is an amazing resort! We stayed here for 7 nights with our 3 teenage children and would thoroughly recommend this property. Our villa was beautiful and the daily breakfast was an amazing spread of delicious food that catered for all tastes. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and we felt so looked after with any of our requests. The head chef David made our son an amazing medicinal drink with ginger, honey, lemongrass and other remedies as he was suffering from a sore throat. This was so thoughtful and worked wonders. We absolutely loved our stay here, the staff and everything about the property is amazing.

Everything was great. No complaints at all....

The villa was gorgeous, and having the private pool was stunning. Breakfast was the best we had in Vietnam, with very high quality charcuterie options, fresh juice and exceptional baked goods. Included full size fridge, extensive cutlery and crockery, and chilled bottled water dispenser in room. Minibar was excellent with great tea and coffee, and range of local and international snacks and beverages. Room service was detailed, efficient and friendly, and very prompt to assist with cleaning up broken glass.

Villa had a very poor thermal design (no blinds on many of the large windows and skylights, with no ability to open windows without letting in mosquitos) and most of the upstair rooms were 30 degrees Celsius on arrival + took 24 hours of running AC units (with low to moderate use of 4 AC units) to achieve a comfortable temperature. Stairs were slippery, especially wearing provided slippers, and I slipped and fell down the stairs, breaking a glass which was charged to the room. Maximum shower temperature was tepid and detracted from an otherwise excellent experience. Resort is quite isolated from the rest of Phu Quoc island.

This place exceeded our expectations, the pictures were amazing but in person it was beautiful. Although the location was far from the main city, it was close by to the beach and the sailing club bar. We wish the staff would have told us about it beforehand as we didnt know it was right at the beach. The pools within the villa was amazing and relaxing, and the pool of the resort was gorgeous. The buffet breakfast had great variety and we enjoyed ourselves. The fireshow at night was underwhelming as we thought it was more people but it was just 2. However we still had fun watching it. Overall, we had a great stay here and would definitely book again in the future.

We wish staff had told us about the sailing beach club bar near the beach. We took a buggy down and saw it on our last night there. We wish we had more time to check out the place.

The Villa is perfect both for a family and a group of friends. We enjoyed every minute spent at the Resort. Highly recommended, you won't regret.

The location is a bit far from the center, also no convenience stores around, but we loved the area as it was quite. Also the beach was a bit far and not impressive, but we absolutely enjoyed the pool.

Service of front desk manager was excellent . I had some complains about hotel service while i was staying sailing club. when I deliver this complain to front office manager, she was very helpful to solve the problem or compensate the problem. it was surprisingly nice gesture which indeed how 5 hotel should handle the problems. \ i think when we stay at hotels ,,, even 5 star hotel as guest we will have some problem and complains . but sailing club resort is willing to deal and help the problem.

i wish restaurant staff are better trained. they keep forget or mixed up orders . or not so attend for the guests table . we had to wait for long to get table cleaned or get my wine glass refilled when we ordered bottle. they need better training or manger to guide them better.

Restaurant food and service were great.koodos to the restaurant staff. Villa is amazing, large, nicely equipped and a great pool.

Front staff is unfriendly and don't speak english well. They don't have personnel next to the buggies to take you to your room if needed like other 5 stars resorts. Most of the staff is crowded up around reception area, pretty bizarre. On the side note, it looks like a new resort so probably takes time to tune up things

Nice detailed resort, friendly staff, clean

-We had an extra guest and was forced to book another 3 bedroom premium villa, when we wanted everyone to be together in one room. The whole point in booking this big villa was to have everyone together as a family. Being separated made us feel apart and we were already coming from different parts of the world. We did not ask for a special bed, or any special requests. We were willing to pay extra for the person. -The pool looks a lot bigger in the photos and is next to the restaurant and entrance which can feel a bit awkward.
