The staff is wonderful and helps you out to book tours, transport etc. They also have a decent breakfast and a water cooker in the room with nescafe bags available 😁. The shower is hot ( had been taking cold showers for weeks) and there is a minibar in the room as well. The pool is small but clean and nice enough to cool off a bit. At first I thought the location was not ideal since it is about 20 minutes on foot to Alona beach, but personally I didn't like Alona beach so in the end I was glad the place was a bit remote and preferred to relax there in the evening. There is a fruit market nearby and a new Robinson Market, which is lovely. The 7-11 is closeby too and plenty of places to eat. They also gave me the advice to relax a day at the Oceania resort beach, which I enjoyed a lot more than Alona Beach.

The cleanest place in Philippines Helpful staff Amazing place with really high standards

This was a fantastic place to stay very large apartment in a great location nice and quiet but not too far from Alona centre. Easy enough walk or easy bike ride. Bed was comfortable good facilities and clean. Highly recommend staying here. I have stayed a number of places in the Philippines and this is up there with the best of them if not the best.
