As a family of 11 there was plenty of room for us all. The location was perfect and the house fulfilled all of our normal everyday needs. I love that there was toys and books available for the children. There were also bikes (a Tandem One), ocean totes, toys and floats for lots of ocean fun. Bedding and towels for bathing were all provided as well as small bathroom toiletries. Furnishing were bright and beachy, the perfect ambiance!! Loved the convenience of the elevator! Overall a wonderful vacation for our family.

There were some maintenance issues particularly with the washing machine needing a complete cleaning as there is mold inside the rubber seals. The 3rd floor toilet needs to be attached to the floor as it rocks and the first gate leading to the beach has become very loose and needs to be secured. The 2nd floor bathroom shower curtain is to small to close all the way. The 4th floor shower has no place for soap or bottles. The white couches while so very comfortable, desperately need a cleaning.
