The location was perfect with parking at the rear and a short walk down to steps to the waterfront. The views from inside and on the terrace were spectacular.
There was a bit of a pong in the bathroom but I think this is a problem throughout Perast and not the fault of the owners.

View, terrace and the location with parking.
Very minor niggle. Some of the vegetation needed cutting back.

Amazing property with an amazing private terrace with an amazing view of Perast. I proposed to my partner on the terrace and couldn’t have picked a better place to do it. The host was lovely and very accommodating.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Location in old town was good. Upper terrace had a view across the bay and islands.
70 steep steps down to unit from free upper parking lot. Linens are tired. The two small portal windows made it dark inside the unit. No view from terrace beside the unit due to plants and shrubs
