We had a wonderful stay. The location is great with many shops, bus stops, metro and cafes within walking distance. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Very sunny place! AC is available as well. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process very easy. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite the central location. Overall, this apartment offers excellent value for money, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Yerevan. Highly recommended!
