Well equipped kitchen and comfy bed
Would have benefited from a TV that was user friendly and capable of accessing streaming services

Great location, handy for everything in Llandudno. Lovely little balcony space.

Very central, near everything.
Flat had everything we needed, great space.
Clear communication and instructions
Says a lot when I have to really think.,... the knife in the kitchen wasn't very sharp, and a bigger pan to cook would have been better, but I was really pleased overall, thank you

Location is great and the bedroom bed was comfortable.
There is absolutely no storage at all.
The tiny wardrobe in the bedroom has no shelves, there are no drawers anywhere in the apartment.
For 4 people staying, we had to pile all our clothes and things on the window sills. There aren’t even any coat hooks on the doors to hand coats and cardigans up.
Defo need shelves in the bathroom too.
The place isn’t dirty but not that clean either, my 3 year old lay on the lounge floor when we arrived to play with a toy, and his hoody was really dusty/dirty.
