Great location, very clean, extra touches like water, Prosecco in the fridge were very sweet.

This property doesn’t match up to the reviews at all. It wasn’t clean, the furnishing is very tired and for £100 a night it is absolutely not value for money. The owners belongings were dotted around, it was located next to a main road. We booked to take my 8 month old baby and there was nowhere for her to sleep. The rooms would not fit a travel cot (they are tiny) and so after a long day travelling we were forced to stay with her in the double bed which was unsafe but we had no choice. We left after a night as my baby was unable to sleep safely. The owner has been totally uncooperative in organising a refund for us as the booking was not fit for purpose - the property CANNOT accommodate a baby. In response to the owners reply: Please do not call me a liar. The photos have since been edited to show the full master bedroom, I have a screenshot of the original photo which does not show the whole room and also of the email I sent to booking.com about the high chair. There were flip flops by the front door. Regardless of whether I'm used to staying in 5* hotels (I'm not) I expect for £115 a night a property to be clean and up to standard. We got in touch first thing the morning after our evening arrival to ask if we could leave early for a refund (due to the lack of suitability for a baby) and were ignored. Couldn't have done any more. Felt it was important to leave this review as despite our bad experience with the sleeping arrangements, being rated over 9 stars is very misleading and would rather other people didn't make the same mistake!
