Dieses Hotel war einzigartig und der Grund für unsere Reise,da es Adults Only wahr , es ist eine absolute Frechheit das es nirgends erwähnt wurde,das dieses komplette Konzept geändert wurde und es jetzt ein kinderparadies ist. Ich bin sehr verärgert darüber und mein Urlaub wurde ruiniert. Das war das letzte Mal das ich da wahr und ich rate Paare davon ab. ( desweiteren null Info über direkte Baustellen in direkter Nähe mit baulärm und Staub). Normalerweise steht mir Reduktion zu)

The W Dubai - Mina Seyahi is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and lovely rooms. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was incredibly frustrating and put a dampener on what was meant to be a special birthday trip. We paid extra for a Premier Deluxe King Room with Sea View - High Floor specifically because we wanted an unobstructed sea view and hoped to avoid overlooking the ongoing construction work nearby. However, upon arrival, we were given a room on the Marina side where the "sea view" was effectively blocked by surrounding buildings and construction. We had researched the area before travelling and were aware of the ongoing construction nearby, which is precisely why we paid extra for a sea-view high-floor room rather than a Marina-facing room. When we raised the issue, the front desk advised that a "Sea View High Floor" booking only guarantees a room on the 20th floor or above and does not guarantee an unobstructed sea view. If that is the hotel's interpretation of this room category, I believe it should be made much clearer during the booking process. Guests paying a premium for a sea-view room would reasonably expect to have a meaningful view of the sea. The situation became quite stressful and unnecessarily confrontational at reception, which was the last thing I wanted to deal with on my birthday. We were initially offered a room in the neighbouring sister hotel, which we were taken to view but did not feel was suitable. Only after we continued to explain our concerns did the hotel upgrade us to a Premier Deluxe Corner King Room with Sea View, which provided the unobstructed sea view we had expected from the start. Once the room issue was resolved, the remainder of our stay was excellent, and the hotel itself is stunning. However, the misleading nature of the room description and the stressful check-in process overshadowed the start of what should have been a special occasi
