it is a bit noisy at night

great staff, very understanding. good location and nice room! really pretty bathroom and huge bathtub. beds were comfortable as well and they offer shuttle services from the airport

The room size is really good and better than most hotels in that area. The rest of the room could use a little maintenance. The area has many restaurants, 711 & circle k all over, and many gyms and very close to a park

ROOMS: Every room i stayed in (401, 901, 902, 202) had an issue, from clogged shower drain, mold, AC not blowing cold, broken windows, old mattrass. Whenever i told the front desk person, he said he'll get someone to come fix it, never did. When i told the manager she tried to gasslight me as if the things i mentioned arent real. STAFF: very rude and not helpful at all. Any time you go to staff they're on their phone playing games, shopping. try to solve whatever problem you have the moment you get the room if not it won't be solved. Only thing they're there for is to check you in and out.
