Great location, very handy being close to nice restaurants, the beach and supermarket. The apartment building had a gym, sauna, steam room, spa and 2 pools that we used and were clean and well maintained. Having a car space included was very handy. Walking distance to Pacific Fair shopping centre.
Being up on the 24th floor, it was too high for our liking. The neighborhood is very noisey on the weekend with loud cars driving around, we could hear it all from the 24th floor.

The location is fabulous. Very close to everything, even Woolworths. Across the road is the broadbeach Surf Club and all the walking paths through the park. Lots of restaurants & cafes. The property is beautiful.
Even though we recieved information prior to our arrival on the retrieval of the door keys, we still found it confusing to locate the keys. All the glass on the balconies were dirty. Such a shame as the view is the highlight of the property.

Amazing location, plenty of parks and food nearby
Property wasn’t clean when we arrived, food under the couch. Bathroom sink plugs kept jamming, dishwasher didn’t work at all even though it was ‘fixed’ while we were there. Fridge froze all our food twice and we didn’t touch the controls. Great view from the 24th floor but all the glass was so dirty it kind of ruined it
