Great location. Nice and warm. Kitchen well stocked. Lots of walks around town and woods even when it was snowing.
We weren’t told about broken toilet until after….. not allowed to use fire that is shown in pics. Internet was very patchy and didn’t work a day. Stains on pillow. Very thin walls as all we could hear was next doors TV.

Fantastic accommodation. Clean,comfortable and tastefully decorated. Plenty of space for our ‘grown up’ family. Lovely sunset view from the patio windows. Cooking facilities and linen a plenty. Gorgeous! Location was perfect for dipping in and out of Aviemore and the surrounding area. Lots to do nearby. Booking was easy and communication with owners was clear and very helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to return at some point ourselves.

The location was great and overall the facilities were excellent and the decor was lovely. I've stayed here before and it was just as great.
Unfortunately, the sound proofing isn't so great and we could hear one neighbour very late at night chatting outside whilst having a smoko break. Another neighbour had their TV on quite high both first thing in the morning and in the evening.

Homely & comfortable well-thought out caravan design. Large fridge freezer. All the kitchen equipment we needed. Soft towels. Enclosed balcony area had a lovely view and was great for our dog. Comfy beds.
Not the fault of the owner at all but there were noisy guests staying in a nearby caravan on our final 2 nights. Swingball and kicking a ball around loudly at 10/11pm wasn’t appreciated! I guess break depends on decency of nearby guests. We will def return to this caravan again though as it’s the best location onsite & is in a fantastic area.

Beautifully maintained and appointed
The only fault I could think to mention is that the can opener didn’t work! Otherwise it was great.

Tastefully decorated, great location, really enjoyed our stay, beautiful walks nearby and Aviemore is only a few minutes drive. Very quick response from owner on any questions, easy to find and check in.
The twin room beds are very small and narrow, my (tall) 12 yo hung off the end, perfect for younger kids though.

Exceptionally well appointed static caravan. Beautiful, modern furnishings all in pristine order throughout, in a lovely, quiet spot. Very clean and on a well maintained site with fabulous views from the deck, very private.
Twin beds were small and would be a bit cramped for a larger person. Ideal for a family with children though.

the chalet was beautifully decorated the facilities were amazing everything you could have needed was there. we loved it
nothing only thing I would suggest was a place on the decking for a bbq so a stone slab for a disposable or a bbq on site would have been good but not having it is defo not a downfall

It looked like a very new modular chalet at this holiday park and was in pristine condition with new decking and quiet open view to fields and mountains beyond. For the more energetic younger visitor there is also a large new skateboard/BMX park in the extensive woods within 5 minutes walk.
Although a minor issue, we had to keep an eye on our dog as she could escape under the fence on top of the decking. Perhaps some wire mesh might be added? It looked like a new gate was in process of being added which would help with young children.

Accommodation and area.
This was advertised as an apartment but turned out to be a static caravan on a holiday park. However, it turned out to be excellent. Very modern, tasteful, super-clean, pristine, gorgeous decking and outdoor furniture, with fantastic views. It was very well equipped, warm and comfortable. Already recommending to friends and family. We had a lovely few days in this beautiful area where there is so much to do and something for everyone.

I have already recommended that my family and friends to use this particular caravan and person who owns it. The photos don't do it justice as it is so tastefully decorated. The location was very peaceful and relaxing 👍😁
