Amazing views over San Jose, spacious and very clean

The reception area is aggressively trendy and the reception staff not very friendly, there is a bit of noise early morning from the nearby commuter train line, on which the regularly passing trains blow their horns a lot. There is a coffee making machine but no kettle.

Location was great! Amenities were good

Could use a few more appliances such as a kettle to boil water & milk for your coffee. The property states very clearly that no prepayment is required but yet I had to prepaid before I arrived & the information about the apartment & the area was very limited.

The apartment is clean and comfortable. In a very safe building with several amenities. The gym, pool and kids area are great to have. There are several great restaurants walking distance from the building. The front desk employees were friendly and the host was very responsive.

There's no AC in the apartment, but when asked the host for an extra fan they were very responsive and got us a new one the next day so now each bedroom should have at least a fan (ventilator). The last night we left the windows open and it felt very nice. We knew this already, based on previous reviews, but the train noise during the week days can be annoying because it runs quite often and the tracks are so close even with the windows closed you can hear it. Bring earplugs.

A beautiful apartment/condo in a super modern building. The location, Barrio Escalante, was awesome! loved being in walking distance to restaurants, bars, & dancing!

The lights in the hallway were motion activated. I didn't love having to take my phone out to use as a flashlight so that I could use my key to lock the door.
