The apartment is cozy and have everything you need for a comfortable stay, (even washing machine is available) it is located in the heart of Kathmandu, which gives a special authentic feeling. Renovated building is very safe, have double gate with keys. Owners are a gems, super helpful and kind.

Make sure you take your earplugs as the sounds of street are coming early in the morning.

This studio apartment is truly one of the best places we have stayed. My wife, **Sujata **, especially loved the cleanliness and facilities, including the kitchen, washing machine, and dishes. We felt more like we were **at home rather than staying in a hotel**. Special thanks to **Mr. Sudarshan Joshi Jee** for being so friendly, helpful, and responsive. The central location, comfort, and reasonable price make this a perfect choice for travelers and families. Honestly, we had no complaints. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

The location is amazing, place was very clean and had great facilities. The host was excellent, anything you needed was a very quick response. Felt very much at home. Whenever I am in Katmandu this is where I will stay! Extra bonus for having the washing machine upstairs!

Sudarshan was extremely understanding and accommodating (my flight had been delayed and I didn’t arrive until 11pm). He was helpful and kind. It was a lovely cosy space to stay in which was in a great location. I appreciated how clean it was too! I would stay again, my two night stay turned into four nights.

The street outside can be a little noisy (it’s a busy spot), but I packed earplugs so it wasn’t an issue.
