Absolutely lovely time! Far enough away from the crowds but still walkable to the main turnabout area. Can’t wait to stay again!

The pictures do not do this place justice, it is spacious, beautiful, and a prime location. It’s like having your own private beach, far enough away from the crowded beach but close enough to walk to the action. It had everything needed to cook!

Spacious with absolutely stunning views from living room and second floor bedroom. Amazing house. So comfortable with a location that cant be beat. We didnt want to leave. GPS has a hard time finding the driveway. Its tucked away in a flag lot and you get to the driveway by driving thru the driveway of four connected bungalows. House has a quirky layout because it was a 1916 crew house but this worked out perfectly for our family because one of the rooms has three beds so it was sort of the bunk room for the cousins. The porch wraps around the side of the house so its a perfect wind breaker for enjoying the sounds of the beach with your morning coffee. Kitchen was well stocked and we went razor clamming and came back to the house and cooked them right up. What a wonderful family memory maker!

This was a very nice house. The kitchen was nice and big. Lots of space in the dining/living area for game night. Just a short walk to the restaurants. Waking up to be right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the proximity to the beach and to town. Being right on the Promenade meant we could walk everywhere we needed to (and there's a great coffee / breakfast spot just down the road). This is far enough from town to be quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms were perfect for our group, the main room was the perfect size for our extended family. Definitely recommend.

Easy, accurate and reliable

Great spot right on the prom and just a short walk across the grassy dune to the beach. Awesome views of the whole beach from upstairs front bedroom, but the front room’s wall of windows gives you waves and sunsets galore. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware and glasses, pots/pans utensils were adequate, few left behind spices and food stuffs were helpful. Quick drive to Safeway, but there is a small market in the neighborhood and couple of cafes. All in all a terrific spot to celebrate my mom’s 71st and we’d definitely return.

We do a trip to Seaside each year for spring break. This year the weather was not great, but having this beautiful home with it's amazing views of the ocean made the weather part of the fun. We got to watch hail storms while We snuggled up by the fire. The house has lots of games and puzzles, and a good amount of baking supplies. We enjoyed baking goodies, doing puzzles and playing Monopoly and Code Names. The rental folks were super responsive when we needed a new light bulb. We had a wonderful time.

Great location at the south end (less busy) of the Promenade. Well equipped and clean kitchen, bedrooms and baths. It was a bit tricky locating the correct driveway, but upon closer examination of the carefully written instructions sent via email we found it. We like the keyless entry, allowing each of us a virtual key. The front windows go the full length of the house providing terrific views of ocean and sky.

Loved the house. The ease of access to the beach, beautiful views. Wished more windows on front would open to hear the ocean. Instead we opened the door. But everything was perfect otherwise.

More spacious than we thought it would be. Lots of room for an uncramped visit. Thoughtfully stocked with all the conveniences for a very comfortable stay. And what a perfect location!

A fantastic place to stay with some great ocean views

Even after reading the excellent reviews of this lovely home in Seaside, our group of retired dentists/spouses was so impressed with this spacious, very clean, light and bright, well supplied and wonderfully decorated home! Located on the Prom with awesome views of the ocean and Tillamook head, we enjoyed every minute we spent both inside and on the great deck!! Easy communication and excellent support with the Oceanside Vacation Rentals Management help make this a perfect retreat that we highly recommend!!!

I totally recommend this cozy place , everything looks like on the pictures, perfect place for getaway or vacations, on the cleaning (some Spiders), beside that everything good.!!

A lovely roomy house for our kids and grandkids and us to spend time. Everyone had their own space if they wanted it and a great area where we could all be together. Only recommendation we would all make is for one window that opens facing the ocean in the living room and upstairs bedroom so we could hear the ocean and feel and smell the ocean breezes. Thank you for the opportunity to be ocean front on the Prom!

While this house is a little old, it has everything you need. It's not flashy, but it is clean an comfortable. The layout is a little odd-the one big bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, full futon and twin bunks-plus a cot in the closet, so good for a family or some singles. Other upstairs room has a queen, but lots of floor space (and an air mattress in the closet but bring your own air pump!). Our family needed to spread out more, so we used the sofa bed downstairs (couldn't find sheets for that, but there are blankets all over to use) and one person even slept on the benches by the window and said that was comfortable. The views of the ocean are unobstructed, easy paths to the beach, plus being this far south of town meant the beaches were far less crowded. The deck is so nice to sit and listen to the waves in the adirondack chairs. A couple minor "cons" is that the bathrooms are small and the toilets are short, so if you have heavy or tall people they may be a little cramped when using. Also we brought our little dog, but the yard is not fully fenced in the back and only made up of rocks. There is a gate at the bottom of the deck stairs to keep Fido secure on the deck, but to potty you'll probably have to leash walk-but being on the Promenade makes that quite easy anyway. Overall, we hope to stay in this house again and recommend it to anyone!

The location on the Promenade was a great place for our two-year-old grandson to ride his bike, and made for easy access to the beach. Good for people watching. On the flip side, occasionally felt like we were fish in a fish bowl as people also checked us out. This may seem weird, but I cleaned the windows facing the beach (sorry for any streaks I left) for a clear view of the ocean. Whenever I stay at an ocean-front place I always bring a squeegee because the windows get dirty so easy. If I'm going to stay on the water, I like a clear view of the water :-) House had decent furnishings and we were all very comfortable. Like that we also had dedicated parking. Did find it interesting that both upstairs bedrooms had a sort of kitchenette with refrigerator. I turned the one in our bedroom off to hear the gentle sounds of the ocean rather than the fridge. I would definitely stay here again.

The pictures do not do this house justice. It was a beautiful, clean, and well equipped house. The view of the ocean was stunning, and the easy access to the beach was the best part. Lots of room for our family to spread out, but still great spaces in the home for us to all be together. Next time we stay in Seaside, we will be checking to see if this place is available.

This house was more than what we could have ever wanted or asked for. The ocean view was amazing, we ate dinner and could see the waves rolling in. The wrap around deck offered a great place for us to be outside together looking at the beach. 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms was exactly what we were looking for. We needed at least 1 bedroom on the main floor with a bathroom. The kitchen, living room, & dining room area are all located on the main floor very light and air with that cozy coastal beach house feel. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are huge, and it was definitely a plus for us to have several tv's located in the house so we all could watch our own shows when winding down for the night. The kitchen allows for several people to be in there cooking, chatting and just having a nice time. The gas fireplace was also appreciated - we loved the set up in the living room & dining area being on the oceanfront side of the house and having the living room TV sitting area slightly off to the side was brilliant. It worked out perfectly for the needs of our group. 2 full bathrooms downstairs - and 1 full bathroom upstairs. Off-street parking was so helpful. Once we parked at the house, we would just walk on the prom to get to downtown, such a beautiful walk. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home, we can't wait to come back again very soon.

This house is perfectly situated on the boardwalk so we could walk to town and still far enough to have quiet evenings at the house. It was so calming to be there and it was so easy to set up and the place was spotless and lovely.

Our entire group had an amazing time. The house was beautiful, clean, bright and airy. Lots of space to allow everyone to be together, close to the beach - spectacular ocean view. We walked the prom to downtown several times. Our favorite was BBQ-ing on the deck and being able to see the ocean. We spend most of our time on the wrap around deck, and at night sitting in front of the gas fireplace. The kids enjoyed being able to watch TV, and using the telescope. The weather was great. The management company was very helpful and answered all the questions we had along the way. Can't wait to come back again soon, hopefully we will be able to stay longer.
