Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is such a beautiful location and rental! The Unit is so clean and organized....everything we could have possibly needed. The view is amazing and the property is pristine. The only thing I would recommend is a coffee maker with an auto shut off...we didn’t turn it off or unplug it and realized it later in the day. Highly recommend!

This place is the perfect couples getaway! The condo is spacious and filled with every amenity needed to enjoy a private beach vacation. The grounds are immaculate and very easy to travel with lots of parking. The location is nearby great restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfy and the showers had great water pressure. The views were the absolute best part with easy access to the beach. Needless to say, this will be our first choice each time we return!

I'd consider this the best villa/condo/unit we've encountered in 10 years renting vacation stays thru VRBO. Besides it being a great location and view, it was very clean, very tastefully kept and maintained, and had numerous small touches that set it apart as a guest experience. The kitchen was very well stocked and orderly with clean and very new tools, cooking ware, and accessories. We'd been used to bringing our own skillet and spatulas because so many properties we've been to had those worn out. Not this one. The level of organization in the kitchen was impressive with the sort of little extras you often need (scissors, tape, paper, pens, small tools) neatly provided in drawers. Clean and comfortable beds and seating areas and ample space for the 4 of us. Well-lit bathrooms and great water pressure for the showers (always appreciate that!)Very good and very clear instructions provided and helpful hints to make the stay as easy and relaxing as possible.The villa met ours needs wonderfully...beach access, clean and well-decorated comfortable space, good view (watched beautiful sunsets over the sound from the porch), easy parking, and proximity to other activities on the island. This is the 4th time we'd stayed on this end of the island to enjoy the wide beaches at low tide with very few people in comparison to the Atlantic side beaches. First time at this villa but not our last I'm sure.Highly recommended and a shout-out to the owners, and the BestNest team!
