The property fit our needs very well, and was very comfortable. Most things were in working order, and the private hot tub was a great added luxury. However, housekeeping definitely left something to be desired. Several of the "starter" items supposed to be at the house were not there. There were no laundry pods at all, only one bathroom had any hand soap, and every propane tank was empty except the single spare tank in the garage. A toilet paper holder was broken, one of the shower curtains was not put up properly and fell, and the dishwasher has a broken control panel so you couldn't tell what buttons did what. Also, the hard floors were so dirty our toddler's feet were black within 30 minutes of being there.Overall we enjoyed our stay and the issues did not really cause us too much of a problem, but it really needs to be rectified for future guests.

This was the perfect place for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone and there was....ping pong. We had a blast at this beautiful home. We loved the pool and pickleball as well. This home was well furnished and we will definitely be back.

We loved our stay, but we did have problems...We had early check in and were not able to get in, eventually the lock started working at 4:00 pm. They refunded our money. The owners advertised their hot tub as a pool...I complained, and they have changed this.

Was a nice location. Was clean but missed a few areas on the floor. Dishwasher control plate was missing so did not know what button to push to uses the dishwasher. Had to reference the internet for information. As a whole it was a good stay.

Our family had a great time in this wonderful home! Having two large family room spaces was so nice. The kitchen was a good size. All the appliances worked well. The pool is so close and we spent a lot of time there. The only negative thing is that we felt like the carpet needed to be cleaned. Everything else was wonderfully clean and nice!!We would definitely come again!

We had a family reunion and rented several homes to accommodate us all. All were conveniently close to each other and had plenty of space and beds. Clean and well equipped. Will definitely book another stay!

Unit was huge, family really enjoyed. It was clean. Hpt tub seemed very white and foamy which didn't seem right. We only used it with jets off. Dishwasher face plate was off. We reported it. But wasn't fixed during our stay. Unit was missing dust pan so we purchased one. Would love to see some pool towel hooks somewhere outside on the patio and maybe a bottle of cleaner guests can use to tidy up. Was a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay again.

Our soccer team families enjoyed this rental! We would definitely stay here again. It had plenty of room for multiple families and had great common areas (pool, club house, gym, etc). Property was clean and had everything we needed.

We come to St. George every February for soccer tournaments and have stayed at various places. This is in our top 2 for sure! We love the proximity to the grocery store, walking trails and hiking trails. The condo has plenty to do there, so you don't even have to leave if you don't want to. There is a rec room with lots of games and exercise equipment just outside your backdoor. A fun pool and pickle ball courts as well. The hot tub was a nice bonus! There are 3 master bedrooms, which are perfect when you have more than one family staying together. Plenty of towels for showering and pool use, shampoo, conditioner and soap in all the bathrooms. The kitchen wasn't stocked as well as some that we have stayed at. Things seemed to be missing, measuring cups, ice cream scoop, dust pan, just to name a few. Some places will have foil, baggies, random seasonings, etc, this didn't have any of that. However, that really isn't anything to complain about, just thought I'd mention for any future guests. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!!

We came into town as a family for a soccer tournament in Mesquite. We loved the house, it was comfy, clean, and convenient to a Highway down to AZ and NV. The clubhouse had ping pong, pool, and games which we enjoyed. The community pool was surprisingly warm even though the weather was only in the 40-50s. We spent hours in the water. The hot tub at the house was great too. All went well with our stay!

This was a perfect place to take my family over Christmas. It felt like home. The big bedrooms accommodated everyone. We loved the hot tub on back patio. The upstairs deck with the fire pit was a fun place to gather and visit. The kids had a blast in the pool, which was warm during December. The club house and pool are super close. It is a beautiful home with so many extras. We would definitely go again if the occasion arises.

Fantastic way to vacation in St George, UT
We live in the area but had a lot of family come into town that wouldn't fit in our home. We rented this for a week and it was the best decision! We all congregated there and everyone had a nice bed to sleep in, a pool for swimming that was a 2 minute walk from the back door, and had a personal hot tub. The house was roomy with two living areas with sectionals and big screen TVs. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The house is well stocked with towels and supplies. We'll be back the next time we have all the kids and grandkids come into town!

Three families with young kids - loved the home! Plenty of room (bathrooms for every family - huge plus) and lots to do out the backdoor with the club house and pool a few feet away. Fire pits provided great entertainment for parents after kids went to bed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This home is beautiful and we loved every minute of our stay! The kitchen was perfectly set up for our large group. Everything was clean and check in and out was very easy. The kids loved how close we were to the community pool and being able to easily walk out from the backyard. We will rent here again!

I can't say enough about our stay here. This home is so amazing. We loved it! The kids had so much fun and adults relaxed and we all enjoyed the close pool access right out back short walk. Kitchen had everything and more. Utah's Best Vacation Rentals really makes it a wonderful experience. Super responsive and excellent with all the details. Will be back for sure.
