Nice location for tri city

The house was clean and well appointed, true to the listing. We enjoyed our time there and enjoyed visits to several local wineries.

After we found the house, we were impressed on how clean it was and staged so nice! Beds were comfortable, hot tub was so nice after our rounds of golf. We enjoyed the fire pit and were highly impressed on how well stocked it was. We felt very welcomed, safe and enjoyed our entire stay! Will definitely look here again for our next years golf trip! Thank you!

Very enjoyable stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and well centralized to stores. The home was equipped with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this home.

This was a beautiful home in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Lots of events and things to do very close to the house. The host was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions.

Great spot! And clean

We enjoyed our two nights at this property, it was very clean and nice. The homeowner was easy to get a hold of and responsive to questions. The gift/snack box on the counter was a nice touch when we got there after traveling all day. The bedrooms are nice and roomy, the backyard is fenced and the hot tub is a great addition. I think because of the abnormally low temperatures across the region that the hot tub wasn’t able to heat up enough, though. But, like I said, it was very cold outside and windy and we weren’t too worried about the hot tub. :)

Excellent all the way around!

There was a lot to do for our family. Our teens enjoyed the game/ exercise room as well as the very clean and relaxing hot tub. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen for dinning in. The hosts were kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

We have travelled extensively for wine research. Often we use VRBO properties as it allows us to cook and match wines that we have tasted during the day. This property was exceptionally well equipped, clean and exceeded our expectations and needs! It is located in a very new community and was not real easy to find as we arrived late in the evening. A quick call to our host, Isidoro, resulted with him arriving at the house within about 3 minutes and showed us everything we needed . We spent five days sampling wines in Prosser, Benton City, Walla Walla and Richland and this property was centrally located to all of them. We would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to this area. Grocery stores (Safeway and Fred Meyers) were near-by. We received check-in and check-out instructions via messages but it would be nice if a permanent copy of these were placed in the house. Great trip and a great property!

We stayed here for the Pendleton Round-up, a bit of a commute but it was the closest thing we could find. The house is great, you can tell they’ve really thought things through. The hosts were amazing - we got there a bit early & Isidro was still there. He was super welcoming & showed me how to use the keypad to get into the house. Staying there a full week, we ended up running out of a couple things like dishwasher pods & ziplocs - I txted Isidro & he dropped them off later that day! My mom also accidentally locked the doorknob handle (which isn’t controlled by the keypad) so we were unable to get back in & Isidro was there within 30 minutes after I called & told him! Excellent hosts. We had a dog with us & the fenced backyard was perfect for her! And eating dinner on the patio was probably one of my favorite things, the chairs / table were so comfy & it is very convenient from both the kitchen & the BBQ. My only negative for me personally was the king bed in the master suite is a suuper firm mattress. I had a rough time sleeping on it but my partner thought it was ok. They did have some mattress pads in the other bedroom closets which I ended up utilizing. Overall we loved it & highly recommend it! Some of the best hosts we’ve stayed with.

My group had an amazing time at Isidro's VRBO. It looked like we were the very first people ever inside the house, it was immaculate! We had a great time - the hot tub was wonderful, grill was awesome and perfect for our anglers to grill up some Walleye from our trip! We will DEFINITELY stay again!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, very clean and welcoming place. Has all amenities that would make your stay comfortable. Isidro was proactive in communication and made sure we had everything we needed.

We loved the house. It has all that you need and bonus extras. The kitchen had everything needed that I did not have to go out and buy supplies. The hot tub and fire pit would have been nice if it was not 100 degrees outside. The communication was excellent with Isidro. He is a very nice host. Plans to stay again soon.

Wonderful place to relax, make meals, and sleep. Very clean, comfortable, and lovely home. We appreciated how cool the home was in the 100 degree weather.

It was 100 deg in Kennewick during our stay and we stayed cool and comfortable. Loved the patio off the kitchen for mornings in the shade….great spot for breakfast and lingering over coffee.

The house was extremely clean, well decorated and stocked. We enjoyed the fire pit and the trampoline in the backyard. Very nice experience.

This was our 2nd time staying with this host but first time at this location. We made a quick trip to the Tri-Cities for my Father-in-law's funeral and were very happy with the accommodations. Quick access to the highway but far enough to avoid traffic noise. Walmart is close for any forgotten items or late night snack cravings. A variety of restaurants are also near. Here is what you can expect from this host: EXTREMELY clean GREAT communication, even has instructional videos on how to use things at the house. DETAILS are well thought out. For example, separate towels for the hot tub. WINNING formula. Both properties we've stayed at included luxury outdoor space with trampoline, fire and water features. Both also include recreation / exercise space in the garage which is a must for a family driving 10 + hours to get there. I love that the laundry area provided Tide and Downy. Having to wear nice clothes two days in a row was no problem. I just washed the dress shirts between wearings but didn't have to buy soap and fabric softener. I will always look for openings in their properties when we visit the Tri-Cities.
