Overall we had a great stay. The layout of the house and amenities are conducive to a small group gathering. We loved the location, away from the chaos of Vegas, but close enough to visit. The only negative was the cleanliness of the master bath. We read the previous review and brought cleaning supplies, but that's not a deal breaker for the rest of the property positives.

We were 2 families with small children, and this place was perfect for us. It was spacious, quiet, clean, and well-equipped. Highly recommended! We'll stay here again if we return to Vegas.

We were so hopeful after seeing the very nice pics online. When we arrived, the rental had not been cleaned and the yard was full of dog waste. We proceeded to clean the entire house after letting the mgmt. co. know. You think you’re renting from an individual, but the contact is exclusively through a company. The yard next door has numerous dogs that bark 24/7 so if you have a reactive dog, this is not for you. The same neighbor set a fire in his yard our third night there, so we were done. We told the management company we were leaving and asked for a refund of two nights plus the cleaning deposit. I will say they stepped up and gave us the refund. I would not say it doesn’t have potential. Attention to details such as master slider that doesn’t work, paint and baseboards that need touch ups, back patio that was dirty, etc. could make this a better rental. But then you still have to deal with the neighborhood, which is marginal. Last thing - no garage door opener. You have to pull your car out, then go back inside to close the garage door and leave through the front door. Same on return. A pain that could be fixed by charging guests 100.00 if they take the remote.

We needed a place to stay for a wedding and came across this gem. It was exactly what the pictures showed. Quiet neighborhood was a plus. The only issue was we were unable to log into the television to watch it, only able to watch Hulu but wasn’t a big deal. Especially since this was our first time booking with Vrbo, can’t wait for our next one
