You can’t see the beach but it is pool front. The unit is big and convenient. The beach was dirty-there was a dead rat on the beach.

William was a fantastic host - very responsive and provided lots of information about the property, check-in, the surrounding area, and even took pictures of some of the items in the house upon request.The condo is very spacious and bright - high ceilings and lots of windows/doors with access to multiple patio spaces. The bedroom set-up upstairs worked well for us.Our only negatives about the condo: 1) there is only one full bathroom, which was not ideal for all 4 of us to shower at the end of the day; and 2) the blinds are not blackout, so it gets very bright when the sun comes up, which makes it hard to sleep in. The location is fantastic - the pool is just as pictured and we had it all to ourselves for most of the trip. The beach is right at the edge of the property with private access and is absolutely amazing!! We also had the beach mostly to ourselves and it has to be the best beach I've ever been to! It is a very short drive to the Wyndham Rio Mar where we went to dinner a couple of nights. The pool is well-maintained, the basketball court is usable if you have a good basketball (the hoop is not set at regulation height); the tennis courts are pretty run down - a lot of overgrowth, making them not very usable, and the rackets provided were not great. So we might have used the recreation areas more if we had our own equipment and the courts were better maintained.

Nice apartment! Bottom floor has kitchen, dinig room, living area, ½ bathroom and 2 balconies. Top floor has bedrooms, full bathroom, indoor living area and ample outdoor terrace. All areas are equipped with A/C units, but there is such a nice breeze that we barely used them. William was a friendly host and very accomodating. Would stay again… Recommended!!!

Close to beach and rainforest. It also had everything we needed for our stay. William was very helpful and checked in with us and provided great information about the area.
