Excellent location, nice room overlooking the Cathedral.
Excellent young staff doing an amazing job, particular mention to Alicia who does the job of three people fantastically.
The breakfast process is rather chaotic with one member of staff tending to the reception, telephone calls, client enquiries, breakfast items, clearing tables and moving from one floor to another to replenish the food. Alicia does amazingly well doing all the above and she needs at least one other person to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness to provide customers with a good experience.

Fabulous central location. Really comfortable bed. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Only slight point. Coffee was not very warm on both our mornings. Just need a better system rather than relying on a thermos that may have been sitting there for sometime.

The location but honestly very unconfortable unless uou come on a Taxi
The AC wasnt good at all it never cooled theire no one in the reception after 11 it felt more like a private Airbnb
