We had such a nice stay at the Goodspeed House. The Victorian details, the craftsmanship, the interior design made you feel like you stepped back in time. Aside from the gloriously tall shower, comfortable beds, mini-fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Though this home does not have a kitchen, the fridge was well stocked with breakfast food, juices and bottled water as well as many snacks and Keurig coffees to choose from, tucked in a lovely nook. The bedrooms are spacious, well-lit and beautifully decorated, each with their own crystal chandelier. The larger room has a nice size table to eat or work at with a window seat. The shower! Such nice water pressure with a rainfall showerhead. The antique cabinet with two sinks set in was perfect in the space. The original wooden floors are so well maintained and just gorgeous! The home is centrally located and within walking distance to a park, downtown, restaurants and vintage shops. The owners were very quick to answer any questions or meet guest's needs. We will definitely stay here again!

We (wife, grown son, and me) had a fantastic time discovering one gorgeous spot on the coast after another. The Goodspeed house was a lovely place to start and finish each day--lots of snacks for breakfast (and a fridge for our own breakfast yogurts--from Tillamook creamery of course). We were there three days, and saw the areas just west, then north, then south of Tillamook each day: easy drives from the town. Natalie was the perfect host--gave us good advice on places to see and eat, and was responsive to our requests. I couldn't recommend the Goodspeed House more highly!

Natalie was an excellent hostess! All our initial questions were answered very quickly and any requests we made during our stay were addressed immediately. Our “home away from home” at the Goodspeed House consisted of a private two-bedroom suite on the second story of their home, located near the center of town. It was very private, and we had our own key code so we could come and go as we needed. Natalie provided her cell number for more direct communication, although she also responded quickly via the VRBO app. Instructions were provided for accessing and using the house including how to operate the smart lock, blinds, and shower. A small pamphlet was provided in the master suite with loads of information and even some local travel guides! There was a nice assortment of snacks, prepacked breakfast foods, and drinks for our use. She also provided some board games and other household accessories that came in handy (fan, extra trash bags, etc.). She even provided trash service! We had a wonderful visit and will definitely try to stay here again next time we visit Tillamook to see our granddaughter (and her parents)!

This place is fabulous!!👍👍 Huge bedrooms w/TVs, beautiful bath and large shower with a rainfall shower head. Tons of snacks. Private entrance and parking. Right in the heart of town. The host was incredibly helpful, from when we first inquired about the property, to information given before arrival, and throughout. Very kind and thoughtful. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Tillamook!

This property is amazing and the room and chandeliers are gorgeous. Lovely stay, not too far from the beach.

My son and I stayed two nights at The Goodspeed House. For my son, it was a well earned break from college and work. For me, it was a few precious days of exploring the place I was born and spent my childhood during the fifties. Much has changed but much is still the same. Natalie was helpful, warm and welcoming from the start with good suggestions of where to visit and spend time. The Goodspeed House was the perfect place to rest then hop onward to the next adventure, visiting beaches, restaurants, the museum, places I lived and attended school, played with cousins, so many memories, all good. The rooms themselves were beautifully and tastefully decorated in Victorian style with furnishings, framed photographs and artwork. I loved it. My son had his own room separate from mine. The bathroom was very nice and clean. There were just enough snacks set aside for in between eating. And, the beds were superb, comforting, and cozy. I had several successful naps as well as slept through the nights. I highly recommend staying at The Goodspeed House with Natalie below with her husband Pete. Don't forget to sign the guestbook.
