This is a very nice property as advertised. We had 7 people at the house and it worked great. The pool and spa were as advertised, we did not get the pool heater as it was in the high 90's when we were there and the water was fine. I would for sure stay again if in Vegas. Location was perfect it was far enough away from the downtown area but close to everything we needed, a nice quiet neighborhood.

The host was very nice and kind enough to let us stay a little longer for $50 per extra hour was great. Their home was beautiful as described and seen on the pictures. The place was kept nice and cool the whole time we stayed there. Would stay there again whenever we go back to las vegas.

There was only two of us but there is PLENTY of room for a large group. The host was fast at communicating back and forth. It was a lovely stay.

Easy comfy stay with a pool!! Loved how user friendly check in and out was, and the house had everything needed. VERY comfy beds and AC worked great. Pool was clean and so needed to cool off from Vegas heat: we loved every second!! Thank you!!

We stayed with 3 adults and 7 basketball players for a tournament in town--the boys loved having the pool and hot tub and pool table--had a blast--it was close to all facilities and the strip, was clean and owner was very responsive-we would stay again !

The house was located in a nice neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. The pictures really don't do the place justice, the 1st thing we've noticed was a pleasant aroma in the home, everything was clean and well kept. The pillows on the couches, the beds, the sheets, they all smelled freshly cleaned. The beds were comfortable and the rooms all had large tvs with streaming availability. The kids (and husband) all enjoyed the pool table. We much appreciated the towels available in each bathrooms and the ones close to the pool area, which was super convenient. The pool and spa were beautiful and clean and much appreciated after a day of walking around or after an evening show.The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes and utensils, a good selection of spices and oils, and everything you need to make pancakes, even a pressure cooker! The small cameras in the backyard/ pool area did not bother us, we understand that it is not to "spy" on anyone, they only seemed to be triggered after dark. Communication with the owners was great, they checked on us to make sure we were happy and settled in. We exchanged a few messages back and forth in a very timely manner, and were very open to suggestions. We have nothing to complain about, this was a great home away from home. I highly recommend for families with older kids(over 5 years old) because of the stairs, they are wood and there are 3. We really enjoyed our short stay and would love to come back in the future.

This was a wonderful home away from home during our Las Vegas getaway. The house and pool were exactly as pictured in the ad, and the location is very convenient--within 15 minutes of the strip and the airport. The owners were very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. The large, clean pool provided hours of entertainment for the kids. Overall, a clean, comfortable space that the whole family can enjoy!

We had a great day on our Vegas trip. The house was nice. It wasn’t super clean, but it was OK. The reason I am giving it a three star rating is we felt like we were watched anytime we stepped outside. I understand have a cameras to protect your property. If anything happens, you can rely back on the camera. In this instance, we felt eyes upon anytime we went outside. This would’ve been really uncomfortable had of been warm enough to swim. We also felt a little controlled. We had no options of when the hot tub went on or off. 9:30 at night the heat was turned off at 10 o’clock. The hot tub was off. No leeway at all. No adjusting controls. They operate all of it from their location. I also would’ve appreciated some laundry supplies. I’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t have this. We needed to wash the towels that we used and had no accessories to do such. Other than all of these things, we enjoyed our trip. Although this is the house, I won’t be returning to.

My family stayed at this property for three nights of our 12 night trip which was broken up into 4 places. This was by far the best house we stayed in. Everything was exactly as listed. Great location. Beautiful decor. They had everything you could need. The pool and spa were beautiful and clean. And most importantly the beds were comfortable. Fred and Kim the hosts were great and communication was prompt. I would definitely recommend this property.

When I write these reviews I always try to communicate what I am looking for from a review. The place was in good shape (newly renovated), decorated nice and the Kitchen was appointed well. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to anywhere in Vegas. Now a few issues we had. My daughter was locking in the upstairs bathroom for 30 minutes because an old door handle that didn’t match was reused. Underwear found in the closet from a previous guest. You pay for cleaning and that is not acceptable. The owners did offer to send someone to fix the door but it was no convenient for us so we just used the other bathrooms. I wasn’t letting a handy man inside the house without us there. Downstairs was HOT. We could never get it to cool down except at night. Owners want people to give 5 stars and great reviews then share any issues personally. I don’t do that because I want to read honest reviews. Most of the time problems don’t get addressed if not in a public review. Lastly, I have never staying in a house in Las Vegas the lived up to its reviews. Hard town to have a rental. I think these owners mean well and wanted to help but the stay was just okay.

Location is central to getting around, overall good time!

Location of property is ok overall. Exterior of house could use some updating. The interior is well taken care of and updated. The pool is nice, specially for being 8ft deep. I think the security camera facing towards the pool is a little uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Quick response time, allowed us to check in early, and accommodated us on a short notice. The house had all that was needed and the kids enjoyed the pool a great deal. We arrived earlier than anticipated and were allowed to check in early. I reported some damage that my dog caused and they took care of it at no additional charge. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Thank you!!

I would recommend this home. The pool was great for the kids and many activities at the home.
