We all, 3 generations, were very impressed with spaciousness, location and layout of the property. Very comfortable, clean, accommodating, cozy and decorations in tune with the location.

The property and accommodations were great. We enjoyed our family get away and ate all our meals out on the deck with a view of the lake! The house is well equipped and the beds are very comfy. The only unfortunate downside was that the pond is not swimmable this year and we had really looked forward to that! The kids enjoyed the Sandy beach and exploring for frogs- just were not able to fully enjoy the water.

and Buddy and his family kept us entertained. Host's where very close by so were easy to get hold of but we had no issues everything was as advertised thanks again for helping our family have a wonderful holiday

Absolutely stunning cottage and property, with great amenities and ice cold AC for those hot summer days! Mary Lou and Bruce were great hosts. We would be happy to stay here again!

This property was gorgeous! It might easily be one of our favourites. The inside of the cottage was very spacious and tastefully decorated. MaryLou was very quick in answering all my questions and made our stay very comfortable. I will highly recommend anyone who wants to get together with many generations! Everyone will have their own space and things to do.

We had a group of 11 people, myself and 3 sisters and our daughters. There was plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor spaces are amazing. kitchen is well appointed and stocked with everything you need. The house was spotless and the bedrooms were inviting.
Our group really had a great time. Our host, MaryLou was very helpful, quick to answer questions and provided all the necessary information before checkin. Great experience.

We were thrilled with how clean the cottage. Yard was well maintained. Beautiful view over looking the lake. Nice screened in porch. Upper deck with seating. Seating on the dock and around outdoor fire pit. Recycling/garbage area well organized.
Bedding could have been a bit more substantial for cooler night, most had thin cotton quilts. Waterfront a bit weedy at the shore. But overall a great spot!

My family and I spent a week and found it to be clean and accommodating! They supplied everything you could imagine and the home was tastefully done. We had a great time! The only thing that was somewhat disappointing was the lake. It was full of weeds and not suitable for swimming. However, the kids did play in the pond. I highly recommend this home.

It was nice and clean as it shows on the pic , everything was perfect. All of us made a very good memoirs of this beautiful cottage.

We rented the place for a week for the extended family including 6 kids. We had a great time. The cottage was roomy and nicely updated. The cottage and property had lots of room and activities for the kids. Even enough space for the parents and grandparents to enjoy once the kids were a sleep. Mary Lou was so nice and helpful.

My husband and I rent a cottage every year, and take our kids and grandkids. Everything was perfect! Lots of room inside and out, very clean and Mary Lou and Bruce were perfect hosts.

We made a lot of fun memories! The children were non stop fishing,swimming and kayaking!! It was all available at their finger tips so they were well entertained making it a very wonderful vacation for even us as parents to 5 children!😉

First Family Vacay Since Covid
We had a FANTASTIC stay here! There were so many things to do between the canoes, kayaks, peddle boat, and swimming pond.
It was great to have the privacy that this property provides while still being close enough to Orillia to take advantage of things like Kawartha Dairy and Costco!
The house itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It was very helpful to have all the basic cooking and baking utensils and appliances available in the kitchen, and the coffee drinkers in our group loved having access to a Keurig!
It was really easy to get a hold of the owners and they were really helpful to answer any questions we had.
All in all, it was a great trip that had the kids (and adults) in the group wondering why we had to leave!

Great place and great owners!
Stayed with my family, parents, siblings and their families. Everyone had an amazing time! The pond was great for the kids to fish and swim. Bruce and Mary Lou were fantastic hosts. The cottage was recently renovated and it is very well done. Highly recommend staying here.
