The house was really comfortable and well organized.
Really enjoyed how close we were to the downtown shops and restaurants. We were able to walk our dog all around the area and she really enjoyed the fenced in backyard.
We will definitely want to stay at the house again.

Our dog was attacked by a pit bull within hours of our arrival so we did not get to enjoy all of the activities we had planned. The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed the backyard with fireplace

Overall this is a 5 star property if you are traveling with kids and dogs. The fenced in yard is great to keep them active and to hang out in the morning, afternoon, or evening. You can enjoy watching the street view or privacy of the backyard with the fire pit. The location is perfect with just a short walk into town making it easy for everyone. The check in process and communication with Tondra was easy. The place was clean and had all the amenities that we were looking for. We will definetly stay here again when we visit.

Very cute place, nicely decorated, all in an ideal location! The fenced in back yard was a good fit for our dog. There are so many locations - shops and restaurants - that are all within walking distance. Hiking, breweries, and other sightseeing are all easily accessible from here, too.

What a wonderful house with a great outdoor living area, and it is a walk of just a few minutes to all of the shops and restaurants. We were in town during the White Squirrel Festival, and this was the perfect location to easily walk to and from town. At the end of the day, we all enjoyed relaxing on the back porch around the fire pit. The house was exactly as described, and Tondra was great to deal with. I am certain that we will be back!

Our family highly recommends this property. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and convenient. Downtown Brevard shopping and restaurants were only a block away. We appreciated the dog-friendly space and you can tell the owner gives this home lots of TLC. The inside is lovely and the outdoor spaces add a nice touch. The front porch is a wonderful spot to drink your cup of coffee before going out to explore all that Brevard and the surrounding area have to offer. We hope to have an opportunity to stay at 'The Hideaway' again!

This home had everything we needed for our Christmas stay in Brevard. It is wonderfully close to downtown, very nicely appointed with comfortable beds and living room furniture, and had many special touches for our 'fur baby'. We would love to come back when it is warmer to enjoy all the great outdoor spaces as well!

Needed some down time and this was the perfect place to relax. Lovely home, nice outdoor areas. Easy walk to town, farmers market and grocery store. Will stay again at this property

Comfy Hideaway
Great place to relax and gather with friends and family. The owner has created a special place with comfy furnishings inside and out. It truly feels like a hideaway, while being close to all the fun and adventure that the Brevard area has to offer. I will definitely be staying there again!

Great location and property
Really enjoyed our time at the property. The location couldn't have been better with easy access to Main Street and a nice walkable neighborhood. Great outdoor spaces and cute cozy decor and furniture indoors. Very homey and clean. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great small house in incredible location
We chose this house because our family group (my husband and I and our 2 sons - ages 24 and 17) fit perfectly into the three separate bedrooms with large beds, and because of its proximity to downtown Brevard. Its size and location were exactly what we were looking for. With four adults or almost-adult residents, we found the three living areas (living room, kitchen table, back porch) to be exactly the amount of space we needed to spread out. We cooked one meal and one dessert in the kitchen; everything we needed was available. Tondra's raised-bed gardens are beautiful, and she encouraged us to try the herbs and cherry tomatoes (they were good!). Our dog was very happy with the fenced yard.
But I saved the best thing for last: to get anywhere in Brevard, just grab a key, lock it up and walk out the door. We walked to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping, and took the dog on walks through the deserted downtown early in the morning. Pretty much everywhere we went was a 5-minute walk from the house.
The house just feels welcoming and has very good air conitioning. It's a great place to stay!

Wonderful location with beautiful gardens
A terrific and comfortable home located less than a block from restaurants, shops. and the Saturday Farmer's Market. It was the perfect location for the White Squirrel weekend festivities. Communication with Tondra was great and she provided dog bowls and waste bags for my pups. The beautiful fenced yard with multiple sitting areas was delightful for the humans and the dogs. The home is nicely furnished with comfortable beds and bedding. Checking in and out was very easy. I look forward to returning again later this summer.
