The house fit our needs very well. The greeting was easy with Angel and Mike listening to instructions.I do wish we had a second set of keys so part of the group could go outand others to the beach and still lock up the property.Angel swept the patio each morning and used the pool net to remove debris from the pool.We swept the floors on days the maid was not there. Kept the kitchen cleaned up. Beds were great and AC welcome at night.The beach was great, shallow, shells, and lovely sand. So few people on the beach!Hotel was a bit further than I had expected except when we found the other entrance to the beach.The foliage surrounding the front was beautiful and made a great privacy wall. Teenage girls were delighted as were the adults with the pool and patio.One thing that would be helpful is a general guide for tipping the housekeeper. She was delightful, plus didn’t want me to do anything like dishes or bringing out laundry for her.. Mike and Angel helped her with the dryer. She did not know there were different setting for time and temperature.She told us the things didn’t get fully dried and then Mike looked at the dryer and Angel could provide the information. She seemed so grateful to have the information.Chris spent time sharpening some of the knives and loved doing it.I know of no breakage or damage to the property as we left We were all sad to leave as Casa Bella was a great experience. Thank you!

Amazing Villa we were 10 guests and had the most amazing stay!

Ben and I had a wonderful time at Casa Bella. The house is beautiful and exactly as shown. Lovely, well-placed, artistic touches compliment the open air plan and spacious rooms. The pool and surrounding property are delights to the senses. The surrounding shrubs and trees create a lush tropical paradise and hidden garden spaces. We loved being home and enjoyed the tranquility. Casa Bella is a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Ben and I enjoyed daily walks for miles in both directions. The location is perfect and just a 15 minute drive into the bustling town of Las Terranas, where you will find well stocked supermarkets, small fruit and vegetable stands, and anything else the heart desires. Exploring Las Terranas is an exhilerating experience in itself. The property manager, Francini, is as professional as she is warm and welcoming. It was a pleasure to be in the company of Rumelly on her scheduled visits, during which she cleaned, organized and, ensured all was well stocked. I looked forward to our chats together. Any need or thought that I had was addressed without fail--seemingly before I mentioned it to either Ru or Francini. This team of women is a credit to the property owner. You will be in the best of hands at Casa Bella.

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Casa Bella! Casa Bella was everything we hoped for and more. The home is exactly as advertised; it was beautiful, extremely comfortable, and perfectly maintained. We loved how central the location was. It was just a short walk to the beach (literally 1 minute), and only a quick drive to town (approx 10-15 minutes) to restaurants, and supermarkets. It made getting around Las Terrenas effortless.The beach itself was serene, quiet, and peaceful with gentle waves which was ideal for relaxing mornings and sunset walks. The private gated community added an extra level of comfort and safety, and everything felt calm and well-kept.Inside the villa, we had plenty of space, great air-conditioning, every other day cleaning and all the amenities we needed. The option to hire a chef was a huge plus even though we didn’t take advantage of it but having the option made our stay even more enjoyable.A special mention to the host, communication was excellent. They provided detailed directions, local tips, and were always available if needed. It made the entire experience smooth and stress free.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Casa Bella is truly a gem in Las Terrenas, and we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!
