Second trip to 9 brigantine- once again exceeded expectations!! Great house and location. A little mixup with entry code - - but resolved rapidly

Very solid large boys trip option or multi family getaway spot. Only concern is we were not informed of separate heat cost for the pool or how to use it. The listing advertises heated /pool spa as amenity. The pool was not cleaned until Saturday midday and we arrived Thursday evening. Barring those things the house is excellent.

The home was beautiful. It was nicely decorated and comfortable. The bedrooms were all very large. It was well stocked for what we needed. The location was central for access to anything we needed and the beach was just as short walk.

The house was beautiful . Side bar the hot water in the kitchen didn’t work, the pool was dirty and we couldn’t get in, which made us change plans for the whole day . The toilet was running and spraying out water . Sheets and walls could have been cleaner . The parking was HORRIBLE !!! house sleeps 20 plus ppl but only allowed 6 parking passes and they is not public parking or the resort or near the house . You have to pay for parking passes $25 a piece which I think should be included in the house price instead of separately . The property manager communication could have been better, didn’t reply just sent ppl out but they never completed the task at hand .

House is in an excellent location. Perfect for our celebration. Located on an excellent part of the beach. Maids could have cleaned house better and trash was left in kitchen. I blamed it on pandemic and the status of job market today. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay in this home.

Having such easy access to both the beach and pool was wonderful for water lovers of both types. The pool was in dappled shade most of the day such that we had no sunburn worries. The screened porch is massive and perfect for young children to be able to be part of the group. Two refrigerators and two dishwashers made mealtime (and adult beverage time) a breeze. Perfect walking and biking with everything you could need just outside the main gates. It was a wonderful week.

The home is wonderful, great location. Easy access to the beach in two directions. Spacious home suited for entertaining. Owner was responsive and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend. We had family from ages 98-13 and everyone enjoyed this property. Even have deer walking through the yard. Wonderful

Beautiful home. Spacious inside and out. We had 8 golfers and had room for at least 4 more. Plenty of room for staying in for meals and also close to everything if you want to dine out. Definitely on our return list

This house was perfect for our Covid retreat. It's right next to the ocean and is extremely comfortable. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. The reviews that note that a few tiles are missing from the pool or that there is some minor work needed are accurate but the house is stocked with everything that you need and honestly those minor things didn't at all effect our great stay. Both the owner and the location manager are very quick to respond and super helpful. This is a great option for anyone looking for a comfortable home right off the beach. We loved it!

A wonderful weekend at 9 Brigantine to celebrate my 70th Birthday . This was a reschedule from April. The house looks exactly as it does in the pictures. There were 18 (10 adults and 8 children. )family members, we had plenty of room for sleeping, and the rest of the house. Love the big picnic table on the screened in porch, the kids ate out there a lot, and we all sat out there at night. A huge help are the 2 refrigerators , 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and 2 microwaves.With 8 children, the pool and the beach were a big hit. The outside bar area, was used quite a bit, and having a small fridge there was great . Love how close it is to walk to the beach . The owner was so nice, always answering our questions right away and very accommodating to any requests we had. The property manager was very helpful when we had questions on how to operate the TV . We all hated to leave, we had wonderful time with our family , and beautiful weather .

Nice house and un-forgettable trip on Labor Day weekend in Hilton Head. The house met our expectations for a beach vacation for 10 adults and 2 kids under 12. The pictures are pretty accurate. Such an easy walk to the beach and what a beach, just gorgeous. The house really has everything you need. 2 Refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, a wine fridge. All dishes, glasses and silverware you need. Several trash cans. So much space and plenty of bed room space and bathroom space. Pool is such a bonus. We did have a pool guy clean the pool the 2nd day we were there which was nice. Hot tub, plenty of chairs around the pool. Basement has a bar by the pool, outdoor shower is great to wash off sand when returning from the beach. There is some maintenance that is needed. The 8 or so chairs in the main living area are worn and had some wobbly legs and need an upgrade. Only 2 of the 8 burners on the stove worked and only one of the 2 ovens worked. One shower door in the twin bed room was just barely hanging on. We were disappointed in the lack of cleaning once we checked in. The pool was nice but also had some panels missing and needs some work. The place did work for us, but it does need significant work.

The house was fabulous! We had 15 people and had plenty of room. We had air conditioning problems for the first two days but that was fixed! The den was odd with no couch but everything else was perfect. I would recommend !

With some trepidation we made our way to Hilton Head during a spike in Covid cases. BUT this home allowed us to enjoy the beach, pool and biking safely. We were all in dire need of a change in scenery and the spacious home allowed us all spots to relax, a quick walk to the beach and a large pool with plenty of seating. The outdoor bar area held a mini-fridge that was convenient for pool-side drinks. We've rented homes all along the east coast and the kitchen in the house is the best equipped we've ever encountered. Perfect for staying in and cooking. Two dishwashers and two refrigerators are game-changers for a large group. The front porch rocking chairs saw plenty of use as did the big screened porch with cooling paddle fans. We loved the house!

The house was adequate and had most things we needed for a great vacation. Overall, it is quite dated and could use some good TLC, updating and cleaning. We had several service calls during our stay for basic things that I didn’t expect to go wrong with what we paid for this rental. Garbage disposal didn’t work and then leaked all over. Several smoke detectors either missing or started “chirping” in the middle of the night. One was lying on the living room table when we arrived. If you have teens, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There isn’t a great area for them to congregate and “hang out”. Although there could be if the owner fixed up the basement/garage/outdoor bar area. That space was filthy and had rusty nails lying around as well as half empty paint cans. It was almost like they weren’t expecting renters? The outdoor upper deck needs replacing. Nail pops all over the place and catching your toes on those was not fun! The front porch has 2 cute rockers and a table but they were all so dirty that you couldn’t sit on them. Needed a good power washing. The pool was nice and good sized for the kids. But the hot tub or “spa” was non functional. Unfortunately we were not made aware of that until after we booked and obtained our arrival instructions. The 2nd fridge was a great bonus, but didn’t work well and the front panel was broken. I have also never been to a rental home that didn’t have basic spices, salt/pepper, cooking oils. Previous renters always seem to leave those behind. As well as pool toys, beach toys, beach chairs. None of these were available for use. The house is an excellent location and great proximity to the beach. As long as you know what you’re getting, you won’t be disappointed.

Having been Sea Pines renters for many years we decided this year to try Palmetto Dunes for a change. I don't think we are going back to Sea Pines. The location of this house to the beach, golf, tennis, airport and shopping (Kroger's especially) is great. We always have a large group of two family's, of business partners, all their kid's and of course the many grandkids. The house worked out great with 4 master suites as well as 4 other rooms that fit our needs. After a great day at the beach the pool was always refreshing as the surrounding trees gave great shade for a break from the sun.. Because with a large group we do not want to be waiting all night for our food we love to cook in and have each family take a different night to cook. The kitchen is great and had everything we needed to cook a great variety of dishes each night. It has two of everything, dishwasher, refrigerator, trash cans, coffee makers, etc.. And when it came time to eat the long 12' plus picnic table on the screened in porch was just the place to gather everyone to eat and talk about the days events or after dinner play a game or two. Tom and his property manager Steve were very responsive to our needs for the small things or questions that came up during our stay. There was nothing they didn't address to our satisfaction. So if your looking for a great place to spend some time on Hilton Head Island this is the place.. Will definitely go back as long as we don't out grow it with more grandkids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 9 Brigantine. The light, location, size, and layout were all perfect for our group of 9. We all felt like we had plenty of space but it is also not so large that you lose any sense of togetherness. Really liked having two dishwashers. Only comments for improvement: an upgrade of the mattresses and towels would be welcome. I would still give this property an A.

We were a group of 7 couples long time friends and had a wonderful weekend reconnecting! The house lent itself perfectly for us all to gather poolside or in the large family room kitchen area. A few things need attention but property manager was responsive and very helpful.
