Everything about the property was great. Beautiful views, clean and comfortable. Lisa was great to quickly answer any questions. The beach near by is great for kids with small waves and easy to walk to. We hope to be back!

We’ve stayed at this property several times over the years and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. It is beautiful, clean and well appointed. You can enjoy the beach minutes from your penthouse or drive anywhere on the island. Lihue is centrally located and an easy drive to any part of the island. Having the Royal Sonesta so close to the property gives many dining and shopping options as well.
We will absolutely be back to this gorgeous island and property!

I’ve stayed in Hawaii many, many times, and this is by far the best property yet. The view is stunning, the home is thoughtfully appointed and stocked with everything you could need, and the location is convenient to every part of the island. If this property is available, do not miss your change to stay here. Truly an exceptional place.

We were blown away by this place. Very modern, spacious. Everything you need is included. View is incredible, easy walk to the beach and Dukes. Just wait til you see the master shower! Highly recommended, we would stay again!

Oh my goodness. The place is amazing. Great location, insane views, amazing layout. Look no further if you plan on staying in Lihue. We loved everything about it.
Plenty of space to spread out and a massive kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The attention to detail is crazy.
My wife has extremely high standards and she was blown away by the property. Can’t wait to stay here again on our next visit.

The property exceeded expectations! Great accommodations, great view and location. Access to beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and wagon made the beach day extremely convenient. Clean, comfortable, and quiet - couldn’t ask for more. So glad we found it!

This condo is absolutely amazing!! High end finishes, quality linens and looks professionally decorated. We also got access to the resort just an elevator ride away. Centrally located and you can almost walk to the airport…but we did not hear planes inside the condo. We were a party of 5 and everyone was amazed by place and especially the views. Would definitely stay here again.

This stay was a surprise high school graduation gift for my 1 granddaughter and a sweet 16 birthday gift for another. Everything about this place was amazing. Amazing location between the north and south shores and amazing views. Thank you for letting us stay here. I would rent this place again without a doubt. Mahalo.

Stayed at this beautiful house for 6 nights with my husband and child. It was perfect. The view is fantastic, we saw two cruise ships arriving, rainbows, breathtaking sunsets right out of the balcony. Walked down to marriott for breakfast, there are some delicious local small places to eat as well. The beach location is very convenient. The house itself is very clean and modern.

Pictures don’t do this place justice as although the pictures are stunning, the property looks better in person. We loved everything about the place. Convenient location as well. Would stay again without a doubt. The owners have covered every little aspect to make a stay comfortable.

We had a fabulous stay in Lihue. The rental is top notch. Great location to explore the entire island. Views are fantastic. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfy. Everything is provided for a day at the beach. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we have a reservation to go back next year.

We spent an amazing week at this beautiful home with views of Kalapaki Bay with our 3 adult children. It’s difficult to describe how well appointed this home is. We really enjoyed cooking dinners in , the kitchen is stocked with anything you could ever need. The views from both , very spacious lanai’s we’re so relaxing. The master suite is truly luxurious with a private lanai. We booked Resort Passes for the Sonesta for our first day which was nice to decompress before heading out to explore the Island. Our favorite meal was next door at Hualani’s at Timbers Resort. Conveniently located near the airport,Costco, Safeway . Easy starting point to the rest of the Island. Lisa was so quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend, dreaming of when we can return!

On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, I humbly give this property a 10+! Wow, it’s an amazing property with stunning views and fantastic location! The property owners (Dwight and Lisa) and manager (Arden) were awesome and so helpful! Because they went over & above, they exceeded our expectations and made our family vacation a memorable one to say the least! Arden even brought a new crockpot for my wife to use during our stay. Again, great service! The gorgeous property is very close to the airport which was so convenient for our family since we had our college kids coming & going from their respective Universities on different days & times for the Thanksgiving holiday week. Bottom line, we would highly recommend this property for anyone! The only thing we could think of that we wished the property had was a hot tub on one of those breathtaking balcony’s overlooking the bay/ocean! Our family plans to stay at this property again during the summer 2023 (assuming it’s available)! Thank you! -Brian & Lynnette Mann

To say this property is amazing wouldn’t be enough! It is beyond words how immaculate this home is and the uniqueness of looking over the water from all balconies was a dream. We traveled here for our honeymoon and stayed in the penthouse which offered us all the amenities we needed plus some for our 8 day stay. Each day we could look out at the ocean, hear the waves, go on some adventures and come back to complete relaxation- honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. The comfort this home had and the remarkable kindness and assistance from the owner really made our trip unforgettable and we hope to return one day again!

No need to look any further; this home has it all!
This condo has everything you could want/need. We stayed in the Penthouse for 2 weeks and it was amazing!! I agree with all the other reviews about the great location of the home, it is very well appointed, beautiful beach/resorts/restaurant/shopping nearby w/elevator. We watched surfers and saw turtles and schools of fish from the lanai's every day. The linens are top quality and the bed is very comfortable. The home is beautifully decorated and even more grand than the pictures look. We can't wait to go back. A couple of notes for future guests. The home has Nespresso VERTUO machine, so you may want to bring along a box of your favorite coffee/espresso (as you may know; you cannot just buy these at the grocery store). There are blinds on the big glass sliding doors leading to the lanai's. However, the side windows are not covered. The one in the master is frosted for privacy but the neighbors light is on all night so it lights up the room - if you're light sensitive bring a eye mask for sleeping. Just book this home before someone else does you will not be disappointed.

This place is perfection. The attention to detail, the little touches, the decor...All amazing.The views of the bay from every level was more than I expected. I must mention the master shower. Incredible! I showered and watched surfers right out the window.oderm but comfortable. I wish I didn't have to leave.

We loved this property. It’s everything described and more - modern, clean, beautifully furnished, and gorgeous views. Well stocked also. We stocked up at Costco and ate in a few nights and had cocktails there most nights. The sounds of the waves hitting the shore is so peaceful! Lisa was a great host, and Arden, the property manager took good care of us. We would definitely stay here again. Everyone talks about walking to Duke’s to eat, but we walked over to the Timbers Resort restaurant which is open to the public several times. Ate breakfast, lunches and dinners there throughout our stay. It had fantastic food, beautiful views and great service. A cut above anything at Duke’s or the Sonesta. We highly recommend Tuesday night’s Farm to Table dinner with wine pairing. It’s the best food we’ve had on any trip to the islands.

I’m reluctant to write this review only because I want to keep this property all to myself! We spent 5 days here and wanted to extend our stay, but had work obligations to tend to. The pictures are an accurate depiction of the property. It has everything you need! The view is spectacular. If you are a golfer you can get a reduced rate at the nearby course. We will definitely return!

This place is amazing. We could not recommend it more highly. From the beach just down the road (and there is an elevator to get down) to the crashing waves to the beautiful surroundings this place is perfect.
