Weeds in courtyard very untidy. We had two homes with a Our group of 10 and this was not the favorite. Fighting cats made sleeping tough. Lack of soap and shampoo items while not always expected at Vrbo make it nice in caseyou forget some items needs some TLC

I'm certain that is review will not make the review page. Our experience at this property was very disappointing. We had booked it several weeks out and were looking forward to our arrival. It was if the owners and the property manager forgot we were coming. I have pictures documenting the conditions of the place. It did not meet our expectations especially for the price we paid, with their "dynamic" price structure. My recommendation? Keep looking... This is a short list of issues we experienced. 1) Was without hot water for the better part of 3 days and nights. 2) The landscaping had weeds growing on the patio and around the property. Some almost 3' tall. 3) The patio lights were down with broken bulbs still in the sockets. 4) House had dead and dying plants in the dining area. 5) A mirror had fell from the wall and was broken on the floor. 6) The fire alarms upstairs had no batteries, and one was disconnected. 7) The window shades were broken in 2 of the bedrooms. 8) The patio door had only half of a shade leaving the house totally exposed of an evening. 9) Property was supposed to have an outside grill/nonexistent. 10) The living room furniture was dirty. 11) There were bed clothes laying on the floor in the upstairs bedroom closet. They appeared to be dirty...As I stated, this are just a few of the issues and they are documented with pictures. 12) Someone had placed dirty dishes back in the cabinets as if they were clean. This is not a complete list of the sub-par conditions. The company made attempts to help remedy the hot water situation but were merely "band-aids" until the tank was replace 3 days later. We traveled 1200 miles to this Vrbo and were deeply disappointed to say the least. It appeared that the manager had not been to the property in some time. But they still touted the property and did not hesitate to rent it to us in accordance with their "dynamic" pricing. We paid "top" dollar and got bottom dollar results..

The location is great. The house is a good fit for a group of 4 with nice size bedrooms and baths. It could use a deep clean and attention to detail is lacking in the furnishings and kitchen supplies.

The property was not ready when we arrived but the Samantha was great and sent someone over to clean while we went out to eat. The cleaning people were awesome and it turned out to be a nice place to stay!
