This is a perfect house to stay in with your family. It is a great location for folks visiting family in the Philly suburbs, eg, Springfield, Abington, or Cheltenham townships. The basement is a great place for teens to hang out (though the tv needs replacing). The neighbors and neighborhoods are great. The kitchen has the basics to make a few dinners. The dining room table and chairs aren’t the best, I imagine they’ll be replaced soon. Staying here is a much better option than a hotel!!!

The apartment was in a great location, was clean and well appointed. The house had everything we needed from TVs, to kitchen appliances and housewares, and comfortable and clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Thanks for a great stay!

The owners have done a very nice job creating a welcoming home. The rooms are spacious and the furniture is in great condition (no saggy couches or beds). The neighborhood is quiet, and there is on-street parking in front of the house and a small driveway behind the house.
We spent several days there as we attended an event at the Philly Convention Center. The drive to the Convention Center (which is in the middle of the city) takes 25-45 minutes, depending on traffic. 25 minutes during non-rush hour and 45 minutes during rush hour.
We highly recommend this property if you need to be in the Philly area and don't want to stay in the middle of the city.

Pet friendly and good location - only about 15 mins from downtown. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Would stay again if in the area.

This home had everything we needed. Great parking, clean home, plenty of room, and comfy beds. After a nasty place a month before I was very happy to find this one. The neighborhood was quiet, and the home felt like just that, a home. Thank you for everything. I will be booking for our trip next month as well.

Place pretty much as advertised. Bedding not the greatest quality bit overall clean and what we needed . Few amenities close , certainly not walking distance.

Tiffany did a great job communicating with me. There were no issues with the house. Great beds, great heating system, plenty of hot water and clean sheets.

This house provides a lot of space for a family. Nice layout. Clean place. Very nice place to stay. Nicely decorated. Very recommended for your family visit to the area.

Enjoyed our stay here immensely. Host was very easy to communicate with. Place was very clean, comfortable, more room inside than you would think from the pictures. Location was perfect for us-we we’re playing in a tennis tournament in Chestnut Hill.

This property is dog friendly and I appreciate all properties that allow people to travel with pets. It is difficult to find property in urban areas that have grass for dogs to do their business. This was the reason we chose this property. Overall a decent stay. Property manager Tiffany is very responsive and took care of anything needed. The upstairs bathroom was beautiful and the house smelled amazing on arrival. Be prepared for steps and more steps! I think the Rocky steps were a little easier lol, but by the end of my stay I think my legs appreciated the workout!
The property is not far from downtown depending on when you leave. Sometimes 15 minutes sometimes 30 minutes. Kelly drive is beautiful and takes you through Fairmount Park, we did this everyday. I can recommend Doggy VIP in Philadelphia off Ben Franklin parkway for doggie daycare. We took our dogs so they would be as wore out as us.
