Perfect location, near to activities for the very active and/or fairly passive. Well represented in pictures and description. Loved firepit and deck. Very well supplied kitchen. Plenty of space to get together or have several activities at once.

We enjoyed a fabulous week in Edelweiss Village with this as our home base. House was clean and well layed out for a group of 10 (6 kids; 6 adults). Great deck, large recreation space, and access to beaches. There was also a great spot with a fantasitc view of the ponds a quick minute ride (or walk) up the hill.
Only complaint is that the online listing implied there was a room with a queen and a set of bunks, which was not the case. Three bedrooms had queen beds, fourth bedroom had twin over full bunks. We had to revise our plan of who was sharing with who -- but with a little flexibily from the kids, it worked out fine.

I booked this home to stay at overnight while working on a Habitat for Humanity project in Freedom, NH, along with co-workers.
The house lived up to our expectations and we had a blast staying in after a day of working and cooking a delicious home-cooked dinner and then enjoying the billiards table and arcade games in the finished basement.

We loved this property. We had 6 adults, 4 kids and it was very comfortable. The house was clean and warm. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space to relax. The location was ideal for us. We had easy access to skiing as well as downtown shops. Everyone in our group agreed that we’ll be looking to book the place again next year.

My mother is terminally I’ll. She’s been stuck at home for a month. This house was a nice getaway for her and us. Very happy with the house and area. Would highly recommend this house!!!

We stayed here while on vacation for a wedding at castle in the clouds. Although, it was 45 minutes away from venue it was so worth the drive.
The house was extremely clean and well kept! Plenty of room and then some for all guests! You didn’t feel on top of each other. The house was cozy and welcoming.

We loved the house. The location was private with a nice view and close enough to town and stores. The rooms were large, comfortable, clean. The beds were also comfortable. The game room was lots of fun. All amenities were as listed.

Amazing home!
We were pleasantly surprised by this home and will definitely stay here again. Here is a quick overview of what we liked and didn’t like.
Pros:
- so, so, clean and well taken care of! From a new sponge at the sink to spotless bathrooms and complimentary laundry detergent, it was obvious that this home is meticulously cared for and it’s guests’ needs thought of.
- the beds are so comfortable. I usually have a hard time staying places other than home because of uncomfortable mattresses, but these were great.
- so much space to spread out and relax. Comfortable couches, great windows for a cross breeze and plenty of streaming services on the TV if you wanted.
- quick responses from the hosts when there were questions and clear directions for getting comfortable in the home as well as checking out. All drawers and light switches are even labeled for convenience.
- 30 minutes from Storyland and 20 minutes from North Conway.
Cons:
- the cold water for the washing machine could not be turned on without leaking, so we could only wash stuff with hot water. Not a big deal since we brought enough clothes to last the week, but people hoping to pack less and wash things that can’t be in hot water would run into an issue.
Literally, that one con is not enough IMO to take away the 5 star rating. We are already thinking of dates to lock in for our next trip.
