Property was very clean as advertised. My itinerary was packed, leaving very little time to sit back and relax. I chose this property for the value and location. It is located between Houston and NASA. Magnolia Pkwy is an uncongested East/West drive to most anywhere to eat or shop. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood where the residents put in their daily walks during the day. I would rent again, if I could have more time and am able to put together a good restaurant Bingo card.

The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood in one of the safest communities in the Houston metro area. It's located just minutes away from restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores.
The home itself truly lives up to its billing. It has plenty of room, (3 bedrooms) a kitchen that's fully stocked to prepare any meal, a relaxing living room area and a really nice backyard. I also liked having the luxury of parking my car in the garage.
When I arrived, the property was immaculate, and I couldn't have felt more at home.
If you have things to do in Houston you're just a few minutes away. I was able to get to the Downtown Houston area in about 20 minutes.
The VRBO Host Beryl was fantastic. She was very helpful during the booking process and always responded to me quickly every time I had a question. When I needed to extend my stay she handled everything. She has a great attitude and couldn't be more friendly. Rest assured if anything comes up during your stay Beryl is going to take care of it for you.
Don't hesitate to book this property. You'll be happy you did.

Walked into a very clean and welcoming home. The beds are the best here, they are adjustable beds, with a really nice and comfortable Mattress. it's been a long time since I've slept that good!! Property Manager stayed in contact the whole trip to make sure everything was going good and if we needed anything. 10/10 all day everyday!

The house is clean and pictures are accurate. Location is easy to find with ease access to the toll road. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

This property was very clean and organized. It provided all the basics needed and there was great communication with the host, Beryl. We were staying because my daughter and another athlete were competing in a tournament and she even had a special gift for them upon our arrival. I highly recommend this property!

Quiet neighborhood. Very modern home and open space. Great layout for any group. Property is fully equipped with everything one would have at their own residence, down right to quality hair care products and body wash 😁.
