Nikte Ha 1 ist eine wunderschöne Wohnsuite im Erdgeschoss von Akumals neuester Luxus-Eigentumswohnanlage direkt am Strand. Diese neu erbaute Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern bietet alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten und den Komfort, den man von zu Hause gewohnt ist. Das elegante Wohnzimmer führt auf eine möblierte Terrasse direkt am Strand mit Blick auf den Pool am Meer. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit modernen Geräten, Granitarbeitsplatten, einer Kücheninsel mit Barhockern für 3 Personen und einem großen runden Esstisch.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und Glasschiebetüren, die auf die Terrasse am Strand führen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, die für Paare zusammengeschoben werden können, sowie über ein kleines Gartenatrium. Als dritte Schlafzimmeroption gibt es ein abschließbares Studio mit Kochnische und eigenem Eingang, sodass diese Unterkunft als Ferienwohnung mit 3, 2 oder 1 Schlafzimmern genutzt werden kann.

We had a fantastic week here and would absolutely come back. The location was ideal—easy access to everything in Akumal while still feeling relaxed and tucked away.One thing we really appreciated upfront was the honest communication about sargassum before our arrival. It set realistic expectations and helped us plan accordingly, which made a big difference.Alex, the concierge, was outstanding and honestly elevated the entire experience. He coordinated a golf cart for the week, arranged airport transportation, and when we decided last minute to rent a car for several days, he had it delivered and picked up without any hassle. He also gave great local recommendations and secured a dinner reservation for us our first night—which ended up being one of our favorite meals of the trip. Every place he pointed us to was spot on.The home itself was very clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping team did a great job throughout the stay. Everything felt easy, organized, and well thought out.The only minor issue—and I had seen this mentioned in other reviews—was that the safe didn’t work in either the main unit or the back studio. Not a dealbreaker for us, but worth noting.Overall, it was one of those trips where everything just worked, which lets you actually relax and enjoy it. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Family of seven from Canada, a much-needed vacation! Location was perfect, condo was beyond amazing! I use the concierge service for all of our bookings... golf cart rental, shuttles to, and from excursions, shuttles to and from the airport. For sure, we will be back

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The location is unbeatable,just a short walking distance to La Buena Vista (food was excellent!). Housekeeping was excellent—our space was always clean and welcoming. We were also impressed with how well-maintained the grounds were; the pool was cleaned daily and always inviting.We loved the convenience of ordering groceries ahead of time to stock our fridge, which allowed us to cook daily and feel right at home. The setup was perfect for a relaxing and stress-free stay.Our only small wish would be for a sunshade by the water. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience—we'd definitely come back! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful yet conveniently located stay.

Booking with Akumal Direct Reservations (“ADR”) was great. Their customer service is unmatched. The condo is perfectly located, has easy walk-out pool access, & is across from a convenience store. It's comfortably furnished and has high-end finishes. Daily housekeeping is provided by Ligia, who was wonderful.While ADR handled all things booking-related, the condo maintenance itself is managed by a local company, Green Eyes (“GE”), who left much to be desired. While GE is physically located across the street & provided various contact numbers, it was difficult to get any assistance. Throughout our stay, we encountered:1. Broken fridge. Repairman was sent, but it never got cold enough to safely store food.2. No internet and no communication when it would be fixed. Another guest was provided an LTE router, but that was not offered to us.3. Broken pool filter/dirty pool water. When mentioned to GE, they said they don’t deal with the bldg exterior. Pool was subsequently shut down for cleaning with zero communication on when it would be usable.4. No running water half a dozen times. The first time, we messaged GE but they never responded. Another time, we stopped in-person and were again told they don’t deal with the bldg exterior (water pump). We never received any communications on outages or when they would be fixed. 5. Not enough toilet paper. GE told us to wait until the maid arrived later that day, but finally gave us one whole roll to hold us over.6. Several smaller issues such as rusted lockbox, broken safe, burnt out light bulbs, insufficient beach towels, broken glass in sand surrounding pool.The only saving grace to all of this was the impeccable communication and customer service from ADR. When GE was unavailable or unresponsive, the folks at Akumal Direct were and went out of their way to help out. We will definitely return to Akumal and D
