Its a clean hotel with a very affordable rate. They have good AC, bidet, trash bins and cabinets. Bed is also comfortable. Linens are clean.

pang third stay na namin here. from our first stay hanggang sa third, wala kamig naging issue. satisfied kami sa service and sa assistance ng mga staff specially po yung mga housekeepers nila. they always ensure na lahat ng kailangan namin is provided and they also treat us like family

I think, third time na namin nag stay dito and none of my stays disappoint me. I mean, for what we have paid for, we got a very comfy room with nice bed and other amenities. Super plus point sa amin na malapit lang ang location neto sa mga offices na usually we visit.

the toilet flush doesnt work. i couldnt watch cable tv because there is only one outlet available. i have to choose between plugging the tv or the cable box in the outlet.

rooms are very dirty, cockroaches were everywhere. room service is horrible.

the first impression is very positive the view is good toilet paper is available on request cleaning staff is diligent (since the rooms are mostly only used for a short time) and doesn't just work superficially

no hot water in the bathroom (no boiler). no toilet seat toilet flushing doesn't work (but was allowed to change rooms). No internet in the room air conditioner noisy. The drain from the shower and sink was clogged, after 3 minutes the water ran into the room. from early in the morning and until early in the morning people making noise across the street.

I was browsing for the most affordable accommodation and located near the malls and public transpo. Im glad I found this hotel. Legit , super comfy ng stay namin sa JQV. No hassle, no disappointments unlike sa ibang hotels. Very easy to find din kasi hindi naman tago yung location neto.

The wifi is not working during our stay. The water is not functioning from 2a.m - 4:00 a.m ( need to asks the guard)

My family and I booked multiple rooms as we are in transit. All I can say is that, this hotel is so perfect for travelers like us. Planning to be back by August, dito nalang ulit kami. Also, malapit din to sa mga clients na vinivisit ko kaya so glad we found this option talaga.

Staffs are young at polite. Hospitable as well, Pagpasok palang ang clean na, very affordable for its price. Non smoking type of hotel, malinis. Aircon ay tamang lamig for me. May bidet, shower, 2 trash baskets, cabinets for our things, comfy clean bed. Napaka convenient malapit sa palengke, pharmacy, grocery, coffee store etc. All in all its a very good place for a nice sleep, at kung gsto mo ng katahimikan sa magulo na manila.

There is an old lady sa parking area I think she's the guard by day. I didn't like it, but I think she needs it. Theres nothing to watch sa tv, no movies, at wala sguro antenna kasi super blurry ang channels & the wifi is slow so does the signal, maybe soundproof ang walls? Idk pero hina ng signal, we went here for work pero di nangyari dhil slow & out of reach ang wifi at signal sa 2nd floor. Not good kung work ang pakay.

It was modern

First of all we stayed there because it was apparently 6km from avilon zoo but it was 1.5 hour drive from the zoo 27 km to be exact. After arriving at our room only too find dirty stained linens on the bed which we had changed immediately of course! Then a 3" cockroach running around in the washroom. The staff told us no taxi available there but will arrange a grab for 8am but when we came downstairs at 8 the same staff member had made no arrangements and we waited 2 hours before the staff figured out how to order the grab. Do yourself a favor don't stay here. Ps also rents room by the hour so probably used by prostitute as well!
