The on site staff were VERY helpful- much more so than the Vacasa support. The location on the hill of course was amazing. Short walk to the bottom of the lift. Great place for skis and gear downstairs in the entry so they aren't in your way upstairs.

The fireplace was not super user friendly. We managed to smoke ourselves out pretty badly with it. I'm sure some folks can get the updraft working properly but we couldn't- use at your own risk. We also had no pen to write on our parking permits- Vacasa staff advised us that we soujld have brought our own whiteboard marker to write on them. Ridiculous request. We ended up talking to on site staff and he was very friendly and even gave us an extra permit. One parking permit with 6 guests just weren't enough. I imagine that's challenging if you are there on a busier weekend than us. The place was a bid disheveled and not toally organized when we arrived. There was some opened, uneaten packaget of food left in the kitchen (gross) and general clutter in the closets and side tables etc (games with pieces all over the place, unfolded blankets shoved in shelves or stuff on the floor of the closets). It didn't bother us too much as we did our own tidying- but a little care and attnetion here would not be difficult and would make a difference in the experience. And honestly when we are paying to stay in a place we should not have to tidy upon arrival.
