We loved the condo itself in the hot tub. The kitchen was very nice.

There were no instructions to use the fireplace when I contacted you I was given instructions, but we still could not get it to work so that was a big fail as that is why we rented the condo. Also, the washing machine was full of dirty skanky water and did not work and we were supposed to get a refund of $80 in thirdly we were not told that we would have to go up a very steep driveway to get up into the area where we would find our garage. We had to ask a UPS driver, if she knew how to get up to find the condo.

Location was good.

It smelled like cat pee or like someone had tracked hot tub water all through the place and caused mildew or something. Also fireplace didn’t work and when we called property management they didn’t do anything

We enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location. The apartment was very nice with a good kitchen and comfortable beds.

The apartment was cold due to the fireplace not working and we couldn't adjust the central heating. Simple and clear instructions on how to use the heating would have helped.
