The location was amazing. Walking distance everywhere, between the two biennale locations and next to an amazing coffee shop for breakfast- Majer. Ricardo and his sister were amazing. Very nice! In the room there is literally nothing they didn't think of: slippers, silverware, water, juice, cookies, ear plugs (we didn't need them), enough hangers (!!!)and much more. I will DEFINATELY stay here again!
Nothing!

The location was excellent. On one of the widest streets in Venice away from the crazy crowds with lots of restaurants with outdoor seating with cozy atmosphere. It is close to a ferry stop, Arsenale. It was a quick and easy walk to the hotel. 2-3 minutes. We took a large boat taxi to the train station from the Arsenale stop. It was the left side of the platform. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Thank you. It was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend.
No views from the room or balcony, but we didn’t stay there for a view.
