Family enjoyed this roomy home a few steps away from the beach. Clean and loved the fully stocked kitchen and towel sets on each bed.

The property was in a great location! We loved the space and that each bedroom had its own bath and balcony
There were some cleanliness issues in the kitchen, sliding door tracks, and pool shower. We reported a broken coffee carafe and empty propane tanks that were never resolved. I received several text messages and a phone call but no resolution. Guest Service Rep suggested that we purchase propane and submit a receipt. Not acceptable.

WI loved that we were able to get early check in. Super helpful for everyone.
I also loved all of the plentiful rooms and bathrooms.
Carpets were really dirty. Like frat-house dirty. Smashed bugs on the Ceiling and walls. Torn window screens, dirty windows. Mold on the shower curtains, mismatched sheets, dirty comforters. Outside decking was inhabitable to walk on barefoot. No way without splinters.
I went out and purchased bleach and scrub brush to be comfortable in my bathroom. It cleaned up nice. Disappointed in lack of information with sound system, window cleanliness, hot water temperature and availability, doors not locking, and batteries/ cover plate for like 4 remotes. The outdoor kitchen was unusable. The pool table was missing an 8 ball and a broken pool stick. I normally don’t complain, but for the money we paid this place should be impeccable.

The house was roomy and comfortable for the 10 adults and 9 children. Its close proximity to the beach made beach access easy and the large private pool was as big a hit for the kids as the ocean.

The house is well laid out with 4 bedrooms including bunk room and washers and dryers on the middle floor, a plus for young families. The lower and top floors each have 2 more private bedrooms. Pantry
provides a central place for visable food storage, easy grocery loading/unloading separate from kitchen cabinets. The floor plan, kitchen, dining, living room is open and inviting. The game room on lower level provides another area for socializing. The pool, cabana and plenty of new, heavy duty recycled plastic outdoor furniture provide a nice place for outdoor lunch and relaxation.
Bring a good all-purpose frying pan and knife from home for a better kitchen experience. Quantity, not quality provided.

We have rented this house several times & it fits our family perfectly. Having a bathroom for every bedroom is great. Outside pool area is awesome

We booked this to celebrate our Dad's milestone birthday. It fit 17 people comfortably ages 18 to 80! The 3 floors of bedrooms/baths gave everyone their privacy and was surprisingly quiet.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. There was plenty of seating for all 17 of us in the large kitchen/living room area at dinner and breakfast time.
The pool table and poker table were a hit on hot afternoons and night time. They recently added new comfortable poker chairs which were pretty sweet!
The inground pool was outstanding along with the pool bar. We set up the volleyball net and had many a great game.
When we arrived we found a few things outside that were not cleaned. Like the Jacuzzi and the floor in the pool bar. We called Vacasa at 6pm the 1st evening and they had someone there early the next morning to take care of our issues. We couldn't say enough about the service. Lastly, the convenient short walk to the beach is worth renting this gem!
Our whole family thought this was the perfect house for amenities, condition and overall location!
