The Knotty Pine was a great place to stay. We loved how clean and that the house was decorated for Christmas. It was in a great location and will definitely keep it on our list to go back out to visit! Deron was responsive and everything was as stated!

This is such a beautiful and CLEAN house. We were all so amazed when we walked in and comfortable our entire trip. It’s the perfect location to do Bearizona, The Deer Farm, and Polar Express. We will 100% book again the next time we do it. 12/10

We had a fantastic time in this updated cabin in Williams. Devon was very responsive and helpful. The property was in wonderful condition and was equipped with everything we needed. Highly reccomend!

We were surprised to not have air conditioning but this may be normal for the area. Was pretty cool with windows left open at night. Kids picked place by pictures (especially the hammock), however those were personal and not at property. House met all our needs. Was clean and got quick reponses to messages.

We had a wonderful two week stay in this beautiful home. At different times we had family and friends come to visit. We played golf, went to the Grand Canyon, went on the Coaster, but mostly just relaxed and read on the back patio. In the evening you can see deer come through the yard which was fun for everyone to see. The house was immaculate, well stocked and very comfortable. Deron was an amazing host and always quick to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend The Knotty Pine for your visit to Williams.

Very clean and comfortable house! We enjoyed cooking together in the well stocked kitchen and relaxing in the backyard around the fire.
The neighborhood was very quiet and had a small lake and playground close by. Would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. This spacious house has everything you need. The backyard and patio is a wonderful place to chill with a glass of wine. One day, we had several deer visit us in the backyard. The beds are super comfy and the linens and towels are fresh and new. We've stayed at rentals with terrible linens/towels . The location is perfect. We drove into Grand Canyon NP every day and took less than 1 hour. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the town of Williams is adorable.
Deron has done a fabulous job of creating a home away from home. 5 stars!

My husband and three teenage children traveled to Williams for Spring Break. Our stay at The Knotty Pine was excellent! The house is beautiful, and they really thought of everything to make our stay as homey and comfortable as possible. In addition, the area is gorgeous and we were just a short drive to Williams. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

The house was beautiful and so well equipped. It was the perfect home for three children and three adults. Such a wonderful location and the owner was so helpful in giving us directions and information. Very easy to communicate with him, and he always replied quickly. I would highly recommend this listing for anyone who wants to stay in this area of Arizona.

Our family loved having this home as our base to explore the Grand Canyon! The home was well stocked and very comfortable for our family of four and tiny dog. Deron was great to communicate with and we would absolutely rent this home again!

Whilst a bit pricey, you definitely get a higher end experience. Great location, property is well appointed, hosts are quick to respond. Great wildlife in the area too as we were frequently visited by a family of deer.
Please note that if staying at this property in the winter I'd strongly recommend a 4WD vehicle since the roads leading to the property ice over and aren't cleared. I'd also expect to do some shoveling as whilst one half of the garage was cleared, the other wasn't and the walkway to the house was not either.

We had the best time. The house was decorated adorably, very clean, lots of space and just perfect in every way! It’s super close and convenient to everything in Williams and not very far from Flagstaff. I would highly recommend staying at Knotty Pines!

The home was so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and staying here was the perfect alternative to the Polar Express Experience without staying on site. The house was decorated for Christmas (which the kids loved) and everything was cabin-cozy. Couches and beds were comfortable, we will totally stay here again!

This house is beautiful. The finishes and decorating are so well done-the pictures don’t do them justice. The bunk room for the kids was perfect and there was plenty of linens for everybody to be comfy. The fire pit and bbq were great and the kitchen stocked for everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and dark at night-so very peaceful. Just down the street is Lake Cararact which would be fun if we came back during the summer. The owner is easy to communicate with and was very proactive about letting us know when the property was ready for us. Would absolutely rent from them again!

The home was stunning. Great accommodations. We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend. The owners had the home decorated for the holidays with an added bonus of a Christmas tree. Wonderful home in a great location. Neighbors were very friendly.

Our family had a great time during our stay. The Knotty Pine was beautiful, warm and comfortable with everything you needed. It is in a newer neighborhood so there is some construction going on, but you are very close to the lake and golf course.

This home and neighborhood provided the perfect atmosphere for our family of 5. It is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. It is only an hour from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Williams and highly recommend this property. Deron was a pleasure to work with.

We fell in love with this house! It is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The yard and surrounding area felt so very peaceful.✨ I was there with friends and it was the perfect place for us to gather and catch up. I would absolutely return to this house! In fact, my friends have put it on their list because they too loved it. 💕 Honestly, we hated to leave and return to reality.

My son, his wife and their three daughters plus my oldest daughter's fiance came to Arizona from Michigan for an early celebration of my 80th birthday. The home was lovely and very comfortable. All adults except my 17 year old granddaughter.

Deron & Michelle provide a fantastic home for a Williams. AZ getaway. Thoughtful details in decor and provisions. Our daughters folding wheelchair was easy to maneuver throughout the house. All family members loved the quiet neighborhood and the propane fire pit on the back porch. Definitely recommend this home!

Beautiful home and wonderful neighborhood. Very spacious and welcoming. The only issue I had with the home was no air conditioning. All other things about the house were exceptional. It was very close to Williams so we did not have to drive far to get to our destinations.

Beautiful, comfy and clean
The Knotty Pine Mountain Retreat was BEAUTIFUL! My husband and I both loved our time spent here. Our kids, ranging from 8-19, loved the place too. It was clean, easy check-in/out process, kitchen was well stocked for everything that we needed, and all the furniture and beds were very comfortable. If we are ever back in Williams, we will definitely be back to this wonderful home.

Absolutely perfect in every way
We had the most wonderful time at The Knotty Pine. Everything was first rate, and it not only met but exceeded our expectations. Deron was available to answer questions, communication was prompt and helpful. Super easy check in and check out, fantastic and beautiful location with easy access to all the sights of northern Arizona. This beautiful home is the perfect place for families to relax and unwind after a day of hiking and sightseeing. We saw deer in the backyard in the mornings. It was calm, peaceful, and just what we needed! Thank you for sharing your amazing home!
