Genoa Port Hotel

The check in man was so happy and helpful.

Lage war super, Zimmer sehr groß und schön eingerichtet, Personal super freundlich und bei allem behilflich.

Great location, comfortable bed and quiet considering it is in an area with many restaurants.

The owner and employees are very friendly and willing to help. The location is nice. The price was low.

Our “standard” rooms did not have windows to the outside, instead the windows opened to a sort of light shaft. Therefore there was almost no light and no fresh air in the room. My window opened right onto the outside units for the ac. It was very very warm in our rooms even though it was 8 degrees Celsius outside. I had to run the ac in order to sleep. My toilet stopped working every day. The owner helped my find a temporary solution but it wasn’t fixed permanently. A wall tile was missing in my bathroom. There was a used bar of soap in my shower with hairs on it. There is no WiFi in the hotel.
