The cleanliness of the house was very disappointing. The location was great clumps of black dog hair on the carpet all over the floors although this is a pet friendly house, we have rented mini in the past that have been a lot cleaner. We had two poodles that did not shed, but you could tell that there was dogs that were not housetrained in that house prior to us coming, the yard was not maintained at all to the point that I had to call the real estate company to send somebody out to weed whack as the weeds were Optar waste, causing many many bugs making it almost impossible to sit outside at the pool the wood was rotten in places around the hot tub and there was not enough water put into the hot tub to use it We still had a fantastic vacation because of all the company that we had, but would not recommend this house, defense, friends, or family.

Outside decks were great although the walkway to the dock is a safety hazard. Pool was clean. Enjoyed it. Hot tub was fine.

Large home for a family to enjoy. Plenty to do, even without leaving the house. The canal behind the house was great for the kids to kayak. After the beach which is takes only a couple of minutes to walk you can relax in the pool and hot tub. The near by beach wasn't crowded, allowing room to spread out. The large kitchen allows the family to cook big meals. If you like to bar-b-que, there is a big grill and plenty of room to eat outside. During the evening you can relax by the large outside gas fire pit.

Only gave 1 star bc 0 wasn’t an option. No handle in shower just rusty nail sticking out of wall. Garbage disposal broken. Pool pump broken. Mold everywhere. Screened in porch missing a door. Broken glass on pool deck. Completely disgusting .

Great stay. We saw that improvements are being made. House was verycomfortable for our family. The pool was refreshing and the lagoon was an extra wow. Thank you for sharing your home.

Well stocked- I brought an electric skillet which would be a recommended purchase for any vacation home. The owners were very nice and the home was comfortable for my group of 8.

This house was one of the best vacation homes we have stayed at. We loved being right on the canal and having the beach within such short walking distance. This property is excellent to kayak and fish from. It is a great property for a dog with the back yard being completely fenced off. This house was well stocked with kitchen supplies and the nice to haves such as toilet paper and hand soap. The property was clean when we arrived and the overall layout of the house would be suitable for 2-3 families. You do have to be a little careful with the road out front as this seemed to have quite a bit of traffic most times of the day.
