The master bedroom is a very nice size. Beds were also comfortable. Nice house in a nice area. The house has two screened in patio areas that were nice to enjoy during our stay.

Super comfortable and host was a great communicator. We had ac go out one day and fixed it immediately. Will stay here again. We were here for work and it was very nice for us.

We came for a music festival. Perfect location and nice place to stay. Loved the private patios. Thomas was super easy to deal with and very accommodating. Would definitely book again.

Great location and the house was just awesome. And the candy cotton machine was the cream of the crop. Thomas was great and so understanding when we asked for an early check-in. I will definitely recommend this property.

House is in a nice neibourhood and it was great for our stay needing to be close to Silver Spurs Arena for a competition. I do think if the cleaners will pay a little more attention to detail it will be even nicer, there were stains on the chairs in the room with the swing and also the bath rugs had staining. I used the hallway bathroom and the towel bars were loose and one fell out of the wall. The owner was very kind and offered to come out and fix it. It does look like the home needs some touch up paint throughout as there are a lot of scuffs and paint chips. Linens and towels were all very clean, beds comfortable and the decor was nice. I would suggest having a dish scrubber and soap to hand wash the coffee pot and pans, I did find a small amount of soap but nothing to wash with. Air conditioner does take some time to cool down, but once cool it is fine. Overall it served its purpose and was a nice stay.

We loved the house, super cozy it was hard to not feel comfortable. Plus all the amenities, we couldn’t have picked a better house. We were a party of 6 and it was more than big enough for us. We will definitely stay there again if we come to visit Orlando in the future. We totally recommend it. :)

The house was very spacious & accommodated everything we were looking for for our family reunion. Some suggestions/feedback we would like to pass along is to provide more dishes, bowls & silverware in the kitchen. The electrical controls in the hall bath seemed difficult to work to get good lighting. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom we turned off by the chain & then couldn’t get turned back on. Also, the ceiling fan in the room with all the patio doors was extremely shaky & wobbly & worried us so that we kept it turned off (the fan blades were really caked with dirt too). We all enjoyed our visit: the tv reception & access to a variety of shows & movies was great; we spent a lot of time on the screened porch & around the fire pit in the evenings. We appreciated the kitchen amenities & appliances. Everyone slept well on the comfortable beds. Overall, we hope you find our suggestions minimal because the purpose of our trip was to enjoy everyone’s company & have a good time, which we did . Thank you

Our family only stayed overnight before a cruise. It was near the airport. The house was clean and quiet and a good value compared to needing multiple hotel rooms. I would stay again.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect house and we were surprised with so many great features such as the hammock in the back. Great time and great communication with the host!
