Wyndham Grand Vedana Ninh Binh Resort

Large infinity pool, breakfast, great go-kart, large hotel area, large room

They promised us on check-in an extra bed to be delivered at 5PM, after calling at 6:30PM we were suddenly told they do not have an extra bed for us. Cockroach at the room. Dysfunctional Gym . Leak from the shower head. A lot of noise from sixth floor bar and full blown noisy PA with Vietnamese music at Dinner, you can't even hear your partner at the table. Front desk not always responsive, WhatsApp better than phone. Bar was said to open until 23:00 but when we arrived at 21:43 we were told it will close in five minutes (who closes at 21:48 ??? What a weird time to close...)

Beautiful rooms. Great pool.

Location was very remote. Very few international tourists. Quite hard to figure out way around.

Very good vacation stay for family in a more quiet area

Too far from the city centre and most travel tour could not pick up from the hotel location

The villas were clean inside and the aircon was cold.

There was no maintenance done around the area. It was starting to become very over grown. The pool was not the cleanest it could have done with a clean and some chemicals.
