We had a great experience at this property. Six ladies staying for a girls trip and we were very pleased with the house and location and would stay again. All the comforts of home and located in a very cute area.

My family (total of 7 folks) thoroughly enjoyed this location, conveniently located near a mix of new and classic East Nashville bar and restaurant destinations, but on a cozy and quiet residential street. Ubers were quick and easy to the excitement downtown and the Vanderbilt campus.

The house was perfect for our weekend in Nashville. The four bedrooms/3 baths were great for my small group of friends. It had all the amenities and great touches like extra supplies such as paper towels, shampoo, hand soaps. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner is highly responsive. We were very impressed.

It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Getting in was a breeze and there was no problems whatsoever.

This home is a wonderful place to have a family gathering. The downstairs is very spacious with lots of seating. We had 8 adults sleeping at the house but we comfortably hosted 11 person gathering downstairs. Kitchen is well equipped. Very clean property and quiet neighborhood, with plenty of great choices to walk to. Downtown was a quick Uber ride away. Thank you for letting us be your guest!

We enjoyed our stay in the home and loved the location. Easy to get to downtown and also walking distance to the east end. Home was clean and had no issues whatsoever. Definitely will look into booking this home again in the future.

House worked very great for my group. Was super nice and spacious. Primary bedroom bathroom really nice with a shower with two heads. Owner is very responsive and proactive. Would definitely stay here again - can walk to many great places and a quick trip to downtown.

We rented this home for a family vacation in Nashville. It was the perfect house for our group, super clean, very well decorated and has all the amenities. The hosts were super responsive and helpful to make sure we were comfortable and had great recommendations. The neighborhood is so lovely, fun to walk around And explore as well as super close to anything you want to do in the Nashville area. We would 100% stay here again!

Home was very nice and clean. Comfortable beds and very quiet neighborhood. Parking can be an issue with multiple cars as there was construction on the house next door which took up street parking. Driveway is very tight for larger vehicles but is long enough to fit multiple cars in. House was well equipped with necessities.

The house is great! Lots of room to hang out & well equipped. As the description stated, the driveway is VERY narrow & difficult to get in and out of. And the people parking on the street made it more difficult to get into the driveway. But overall, it was a great place to stay.

This home was a perfect gathering spot for family in Nashville and coming from out of state... very large living area and kitchen. We were even able to cook a proper Christmas Eve dinner in the well-appointed kitchen. Very clean - comfy beds - just as pictured ... a really lovely Nashville Christmas overall. The property was nice, but it was not as it was listed nor pictured online. The description said it had a fenced in backyard. The only fencing on the property belonged to the neighbors so that was three sides, which basically is an open yard. Not sure how they could label it pet friendly and charge an extra 200 dollars especially since the owner called when we left and complained that our dog had made a mess in the house. I think that was in retaliation for my phone call complaining about the lack of a fenced in yard. He said his cleaning service complained and he had to pay her an extra 75 dollars, which I offered to pay, but again, we paid 200 dollars extra for pet friendly. And the pictures show a television in the master bedroom, there was not one. The internet speed needs to be upgraded because it was difficult to stream shows on the only tv in the house. I guess that is why they took the other one down. The sofa and love seat could also use an upgrade. You sink to the floor when you sit down. We paid over 500 a night plus the extra fees so I guess I expected better living room furniture and internet and for the place to be as advertised. However, the beds were very comfortable. To sum it up, I would not rent this place if you have a dog, plan on watching television or have anyone older that has a problem getting up from a worn-out sofa/loveseat.
