Room size was very spacious , also a good Price .

Could have done so much better when it came to the cleanliness of the bathroom . The shower screen looked filthy . Also there is only one rainfall shower head , and the water was pouring out past the shower screen and onto the bathroom floor . Also heard staff arguing while cleaning the rooms ! Room service was a major disappointment. When I called reception to ask for ice and some toilet roll, and they said they would send it up . 3 calls later and one angry phone call . The staff at the reception finally listened! They also don’t know how to talk properly on the phone ,they would slam the phone down even before completing my sentence !

A very pleasant stay, rooms were clean and comfortable, staff - both reception and service staff were all super helpful and friendly, food and service in restaurant also very good. Great central location too. Overall a lovely experience - thank you!

Having stayed here for the first time, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Neat and clean with a helpful staff, it was a nice experience. As our stay was very short we could not enjoy the food, and can't comment on that.

The location, approach and vehicle parking area were not good but these are beyond the control of management

It was the worst property ever.

considering it’s a new property, it should have been clean and free of pests. not only there was dust everywhere but there were bed bugs and Spiders. My limbs were full of bites and when I complained at the reception, there was a guy who said he was the head of room allotment, he refused to believe me despite the bite marks and hives. He denied it completely and at first also refused to give us a change of rooms even the hotel was not fully booked. We only requested for the same kind of room and yet he said he will think about it. The audacity to act inconsiderate and not understanding guest complains was ridiculous. After which another staff came and asked us to change the room because we were almost checking out even though we had fully paid for that night. The reception person was extremely rude. Thankfully the other staff saw the spider and believed what we said. Never experienced such bad hospitality!
