The communication before our arrival was always very quick, uncomplicated and polite. We always received answers to all our questions and we had telephone contact aswell. After Paying the flat we received an email with the instruction what to Do up on arrival. With a number and time when to contact the agency to get further instructions for collecting the key.

But on the day of arrival We had a little challenge with collecting the Keys, as we had a wrong number from our landlord. As there was a typo in the number, we do not realised that it wasn't correct even we had contact before. We were not able to get hold of the agency or landlord. This was unfortunately not such a good start and quiet stressful for us. After first travelling to the agency where nobody was, we decided to give it a last try directly at the flat. Lucky us the flat was open and the key inside. Unfortunately this was costing us three hours of our first day. After Sendung an email in the evening we received a call and realised that we received a wrong number by mistake. But accept from that the communication with the agency was always very respondive, easy and polite.
