We love this home! Everything was spotless when we arrived and the pictures do not do it justice. The entire home is well appointed: very comfortable furniture, lots of pillows, fluffy bath and pool towels. All the kitchen gadgets you need to cook a meal if you so desire. The AC units are awesome! We picked a hot and humid week.... AC was a must. We had a great time making your home our home-base for the week. After some long, hard hikes it was so nice to come back to this home. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with our two dogs, using the indoor pool (which we had to ourselves!), and watching TV on the large flat screen. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back!!

We were 2 families- 4 adults and 3 kids, this place fit our needs perfectly. Great location, clean space, owners were prompt with responses. We had a great weekend and would recommend to others.

This vacation home had it all. It felt like you were in the middle of nowhere but still so close to everything, skiing, shopping, and restaurants. Bedrooms were large and extremely comfortable. Sitting in front of the gas fireplace when it snowed made us want to stay forever. Hot tub and pool were exquisite after skiing all day. Communication with the host was never a problem, very responsive. We’d love to book this place again and highly recommended it!!

The property is very nice. Love that they’re pet friendly and so did our dog. The location is perfect close enough to everything but also secluded. Very clean and just as advertised. We would definitely book again in the future.

Great experience

We loved staying at your property. It was just as pictured and more! The property was clean, warm and inviting. Very family and dog friendly. We had an amazing stay--had a wonderful hike, enjoyed the local shops ad restaurants, got to take a hot tub and just enjoyed relaxing by the fire and working on a puzzle and playing games. Thank you for your excellent response when we weren't quite sure where to park! We will return for another fun family adventure.

Our family of 7 adults and pups had a wonderful stay at this property. Our first impression was how clean it was. The home is perfectly set up and was comfortable for all. Parking was great. We had 3 cars with no issues with neighbor. The complex is spread out nicely and was great for walking our pups. Time into town was literally 5 minutes and to Diana's Bath was about 12 minutes. The owners responding quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend and hope to go back soon.

Excellent visit; exceeded expectations!

Great condo, loved the location, only complaint is that it was unbearably hot. We all had a lot of issues sleeping. Kids slept in our rooms. Had to buy 4 fans and it did no good. However, I let the owner k ow and she provided another portable a/c for our last night. I have never ever experienced a space that was so absolutely hot. Definitely recommend curtains to stop the sunshine from getting in during 90 degree days. And another a/c downstairs and in other bedroom. If your going this summer you may want to bring a portable a/c as we couldn’t find one at any local places and we tried Walmart, target and lowes. I would stay again with some curtains that help so the heat out and some more a/c! None of us slept well and eventually ended up all in the living room where there was the a/c. Not exactly what we were hoping for but we left the house immediately for all the awesome activities in the area.

The place was super cute and convenient. We had no Problems with getting in. We were on a girls trip and I didn’t realize it was a shared place. We tried to be respectful but we can be a little loins with 10 of us. They had a lot of options laid out for us in the binder Wich was fantastic. Replied fast when needed. So glad they had ac. We had a great time!

Kristen was Very responsive to every question we had before the trip and sent us a few messages during the trip just to check in with us. This is the was and owner should communicate with a renter. Me and my friends have always been hesitant to book a vacation because there’s so many of us and we worry about what kind of place we’d get, but this place was amazing ! So clean and cozy we truly felt right at home. Kristen was so kind and easy to communicate with and thought of everything at the house : towels, extra blankets, coffee, bug spray. We felt super taken care of and had a great time. Will definitely be coming back in the winter time !

My husband, 18 month old son, my parents, my sisters, our childhood dog and I stayed at the wonderful condo this week. We had the most magical time. The condo was immaculate upon arrival. Like absolutely spotless. Everything was so well stocked and thought out. Anything we could have needed was there. We all had lots of space (my parents were in the master, our family in the first floor, and my sisters in the downstairs room) and were very comfortable with the 7 of us. There were pullout couches on the main floor and downstairs as well so more could have been fit. We made good use of the club house, playing in the game room and swimming in the pool, which were also well maintained. The grounds are lovely and we spent every morning walking around and enjoying the property. Communication was excellent! We had to call Kristen when we first arrived because we were a little lost and she picked up almost immediately and was so helpful. The condo is located within minutes of all the North Conway attractions, Storyland and only an hour from Santa’s Village but it is nestled in the woods so it feels like you are far away from the hustle and bustle! We had the best time and would definitely recommend it to anyone. We were so sad to leave today and hopefully we will be back again soon!
