The house was perfect for our 2 families with children varying in ages. The bedroom layout was ideal for giving everyone space, but also providing great common areas for hanging out in the evening. The lanai was perfect for watching the sunset. The house was very well stocked and in a great location close enough to town but just far enough to get away!
We will definitely keep this on our list of places to return.

Our family had a wonderful, relaxing and restorative stay at this home. The photos do not do the amazing ocean view justice, we enjoyed every sunset and beautiful Hawaii morning. It was a joy to fill the bird feeders and sit in the yard- my four year old absolutely loved the splash pool. The layout worked really well for our families needs, especially laundry! The amenity closet with beach gear & toys was a huge bonus and saved us money on snorkel gear all week long. Guests should be aware that the driveway is narrow at the top, if they give you a huge rental vehicle you’ll be better off parking it at the bottom of the driveway- it’s steep and backing a big vehicle down is a challenge. But the view is worth it! Would be thrilled to return here. Thank you to the staff for making it so inviting and comfortable! Mahalo!

Loved the views and the property overall. The front door lock led to some frustration because it only worked intermittently. We would be stuck at the door for sometimes 15-20 minutes trying to lock and unlock it. Other times it worked first try. Would have loved more towels. The snorkel equipment needs to be updated-the masks leak and there are only 3 when the house sleeps more. There is a leak in the roof in the kitchen area. We had a great stay, just wanted you to be aware of some things that may need an update. Thanks!

We had a great time. Location was nice, views were beautiful. Plunge pool was smaller than it appears in pictures. Kids got in a few times but not adults. Centrally located and would stay here again!

We had a marvellous stay at this property, everything we needed and much more was available for us. Everything for our beach excursions was in great shape! Loved that the kitchen was so fully stocked, the beds and pillows quite comfortable. Very clean

The house is on top of a hill and has amazing views of the sunset. It came with everything we needed, even beach chairs, snorkel equipment, toys for kids, and much more. The kitchen was fully stocked and had most appliances even rice cooker. It’s close to downtown Kona and grocery stores. The plunge pool was great for the kids. Two of the bedrooms are connected but that was okay for our family because the kids stayed in the room with the bunk bed. The driveway was steep though and backing out of it took some getting used to. We had a great stay and would recommend this place to others!

But... the location is good. I likes that there was stuff to do at the house (ping pong, dipping pool). Kona has a lot to offer and having a home base was good.

Mauka oasis
Great spot with lots of nice touches! Close to town but mauka so cool at night. Def review the beds and make sure it works if you have a larger group, there may not be a bed for everyone!

This place has a beautiful view and the rooms are all great each with an AC unit. The place is fully stocked! The kitchen has everything needed, and there were a ton of towels for everyone. In the garage there were a ton of beach and snorkel gear as well that we used. The one thing is that this place is not very walkable to places, so getting a car is recommended.

We did have some issues with ants but controlled them with spray. The views were awesome. Our property manager was great in keeping up communication.

Great place stocked with supplies
This place has a beautiful view and the rooms are all great each with an AC unit. The place is fully stocked! The kitchen has everything needed, and there were a ton of towels for everyone. This house was Immaculate…if I were to come to this island again I would definitely stay at this location…it’s beautiful inside and out I loved the ocean view and there were exotic birds that visited this house often that were so beautiful ..the only issue was the driveway but they disclosed that with the house rules..love it here

We were pleasantly surprised by the full-house air conditioning, with mini-splits in most rooms and a permanent portable AC installation in the kids room; we had expected from the description that some rooms would be without. The views from the lanai and living room were amazing. The large kitchen worked great for preparing family meals and had plenty of cookware. The one downside, as mentioned by other reviewers, was the small amount of supplies on hand; we discovered the hard way that there wasn’t much spare toilet paper in the house when we arrived. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Kona
We had a wonderful week in this home. The driveway was a little steep and took some getting used to but we managed. Lots of room for 9 people. Clean and easy access. Central location.

We rented this place for a family vacation with 3 teenagers. It was wonderful for everyone to have their own space. The house is beautiful and well stocked for guests. The lanai was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely home, plenty of supplies for families staying there (beach, cookware, snorkeling, etc). The home was clean, very cute, with great outdoors space. We had issues with no hot water and repair workers came the same day, and we were given a partial refund without asking. Highly recommend.
