This is a lovely house close to the sea and the woods. The position is geographically strategic because you're not so close to the sea but you can reach it with a 20 min walk through the woods, quicker if you walk along the street. The entrance is on the main road that even in summer wasn't anyways so loud. Other houses around though are a bit more protected from the road. The garden is large, lovely, and well kept without being overdone.
The fence around is continuous but not so high, so if you have a dog that can jump this might not be the best... It's safe though for smaller dogs and kids.
The house is well equipped with a newly fitted kitchen but it lacks a washing machine and a dishwasher if you have a family you want to think about that. For the price, I would have expected both to be there, also because you pay electricity separately so that wouldn't impact the owner's costs.
