The property was great, clean spacious so nice.
We couldn't find the heating, we looked all over so we was cold especially in the morning. There is 24 hour helpline but we didn't think to ring. Maybe a message on how to use would be helpful. Thank you

Location was great. Space was amazing, even better than expected. Bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces all very good sizes. Roof terrace was a great space too, with seating. Would definitely stay here again.
Only suggestion would be to have at least one long, full size mirror in the apartment. with all the rooms and space, was surprised not to find one.
It was a little noisy in the early morning on the main street, deliveries i think, but as it's a great central location, this didn't put me off. we did have our window open, whereas our other guests staying in the other room didn't have their window open and they didn't hear anything.
